OUTPATIENT DEPARTMENT!! If you want to feel belittled, bullied, humailated, lose self esteem, work hard, stay back late while management come in and leave as they feel, call in sick just before every annual leave and get away with it then please go ahead and apply to work in this department with these low life's!!! I have raised these concerns to HR and clinical managment nothing was done! These people are such bad respresentation of the hospital! Why doesn't anyone look into such fast turn over of staffing within this department. Why does everyone leave and the same old people always stay! Have you ever thought may be they are the problems. I hope this place now has clock in & out system because these people are stealing from the hospital.

I recently had breast augmentation at HCA in Wilmslow and the service I received was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for the nurses and I was made to feel extremely comfortable throughout my stay. I can’t reccommend the hospital enough:

Had a shoulder operation at Wilmslow hospital yesterday The place is very modern, immaculatey clean & very well run. The staff are a credit to the hospital from the girls on reception, nurses, doctors, surgeon, anaesthatist they could not be more kind, friendly and helpful. I recently had Lens Replacement surgery at this hospital, which was performed by Mr Dan Nguyen and his team. My experience at the hospital was excellent from start to finish and I couldn't be happier with the care and treatment I received. All staff who I had met that day were so caring, friendly and attentive, which I was really pleased with. The procedure was as explained to me beforehand at earlier consultations, and Mr Nguyen saw me before I was taken to theatre in case I had any more concerns I needed to discuss with him. He spoke to me at times during the procedure to reassure me, and explain what was happening, or what I may experience as it was happening which was comforting. Overall ,my whole experience has been excellent, and I'm so happy after only such a short time with how my eyes are now. 5 star treatment and 5 star review very much deserved. Can highly recommend. The whole team at HCA Wilmslow are absolutely amazing. They quality of care and attention to detail is something I’ve never seen before. Special mention to nurse Rachel who was absolutely fabulous and took such good care of me both before and after my surgery.

Couldn't fault any of the staff for their professionalism, friendliness and reassuring manner they showed me during my short time with them. Everyone from the receptionist to the consultant were absolutely fantastic. Only one gripe I have is the limited parking on site. We were lucky to get a space but the alternative was a pay & display at a local supermarket. I find this a bit off considering the money I was paying for the treatment!!

I have never worked for a company as good as HCA. They really care about the staff, there are excellent perks and the management are amazing too. I feel really lucky to work for such a fabulous company who put their patients first and their staff always ✨

Utterly incompetent, disorganised buffoons. Too long a list to include but look me up and happy to discuss. Suffice to say - for Health Checks, blood tests, endoscopes, biopsies, follow ups or any trusting treatments - go somewhere else. They failed us and treated us as last priority at every stage: despite the £several thousands we paid out personally. Unforgivable rank amateurs.

Felt rather rushed and wasn't given any details of aftercare or follow up appointments. Debbie was lovely, but the doctors and the lady who did my scan seemed rather uninterested.

From start to finish the hospital consultants, doctors and nursing staff provided an oasis of calm professional skills, care, attention and support during a troubling time. In addition, the hospital test facilities, administration, pharmacy, and reception all helped in making the overall process not just palatable but, dare I say, pleasant.

Nursing staff and Theatre staff were amazing. My consultant Mr David Murray was brilliant. My stay at Wilmslow Hospital was incredible They couldn't do enough for you.

Dr. Levy was very personable. He answered all my questions in a manner I could understand. He was very thorough and explained the results of my CT and MRI scans. I left the consultation feeling confident with his diagnosis, he relieved my anxiety.

Recently visited this hospital to have a septoplasty and turbinoplasty surgery procedure and I can say it was fantastic. No hassle, great and friendly staff and the nurse who I received called Rachel was absolutely fantastic. She made my stay comfortable, ensured all the aftercare was correctly done and made me feel welcome. I would recommend to anybody what a outstanding private hospital this is
