My worst experience was that waited for at least 2 hours though I made the online appointment. The doctor are not clear and they did not have much experience. Everything they say may be. For a kid's appointments, I do not recommend this. FYI they did not have scanning or x-rays here waste of time.

I was traveling to Michigan and I just needed antibiotics prescribed for a tooth infection. I easily checked in online for my appointment. The staff were friendly and the service was fairly fast and efficient. I was glad they handled all the health insurance without hassle.

Fast service… staff was very kind and took care of my child in a fast manner. Offered exactly what year he needed and hopefully on his way to feeling better. This has been so far the most courteous and efficient urgent care I’ve been to. Hopefully we don’t need urgent care anytime soon but if so I’ll be returning here!

Overall wouldn't recommend unless you're knowledgeable in the Healthcare industry. The staff didn't write down my vitals or take time to really check on anything. The nurse practitioner/Doctor is nice, but didn't run tests. Made an uneducated guess that what I had was just viral. Mind you this was my first visit. I came in for a cough and chest cold and was given the run-around. They acted as though they didn't want to be there and didn't care. My experience definitely makes me never want to come back.

I love this location!! The doctors and nurses take their time with you to learn and understand your situation. Thank you for being so kind and understanding.

The staff @ this Urgent care facility is friendly, very competent at what they do and make the chech-in process very easy. The P.A. on duty put me at ease immediately with her calm approach and her knowledge regarding my care. She explained everything about my post visit care & made sure I had no other questions. This happens to be my 3rd visit to this facility and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This was my first visit to this establishment. The nurse, PA and the young lady at the front desk all were amazing. Each one of them took their time with me and made sure all my questions were answered. I highly recommend this Urgent Care.

Staff was friendly and efficient, felt my concerns were heard and addressed. I know the bar is low for urgent care facilities in some areas, but this one is worth going to, even if it’s a bit of a drive, especially if your chart lives in the Beaumont/Corewell network.

Staff and Dr. were friendly and thorough. Even though they are run by WellCare, if you are a Beaumont patient and you have a MyChart record, the info from your visit will go into your MyChart and a letter sent to your PCP.

The receptionist was lovely. Very kind and helpful. The tech asked me to swab my own daughters throat. She told me it was their policy. I’m very disappointed. The PA was fine but did not make me feel confident. I took my daughter to the pediatrician the next day because I did not feel confident in what they told me. We will never go back to this location.

This was a first time visit at Beaumont Urgent Care. The office staff was very professional. X-rays were made quickly and nurse practitioner explained my condition and gave me a list of orthopedic surgeons to follow up with. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

First time going there for my son’s ear infection. The staff are friendly and helpful! The checkin was very convenient cuz I could schedule and fill out info online. Also I asked to switch the Phamacy due to the operating hours of that Phamacy and there was no question asked and the staff was very responsive. The office is very clean and organized so I am very impressed and strongly recommend this location.

The admin at the front desk was wonderful and deserves a raise, promotion, you name it. The doctor that saw me today, however, made me feel unwelcome and was condescending. She spoke down to me and made me feel like I shouldn’t seek medical assistance when needed. I don’t not recommend Jackie C. Ask to see someone else who has more compassion for her patients. I’ve always been trained to take perspective and consider what others are going through. I’ve been sick for a week and get to attend a funeral this weekend. I didn’t need to be scolded during my appointment and made to feel like a bad person. Mental health matters and she didn’t consider that at all.
