It’s
really
a
shame
when
a
store
loses
a
customer
over
something
petty,
i’ve
given
the
store
multiple
chances
and
I
get
disappointed
every
time
I’m
there
every
single
one
of
the
employee
gives
me
a
different
price
for
a
certain
item
which
is
very
unprofessional,
I
purchased
an
item
and
it
was
defective
I
called
the
store
and
the
actual
person
who
owns
the
store
told
me“
there’s
nothing
I
can
do
for
you”
without
even
trying
to
help
or
trying
to
make
the
person
who
comes
and
spends
money
happy,
he
doesn’t
even
say
I’m
sorry
he
just
hangs
up
the
phone
because
he
didn’t
like
what
I
had
to
say,
I
will
never
go
back
there,
FYI
the
community
that
surrounds
your
store
is
what
makes
your
business
that’s
how
you
can
afford
all
those
fancy
things
because
of
people
like
us
who
come
and
spend
money,
yes
spending
$60
a
week
might
not
seem
like
a
lot
but
if
you
add
that
up
it’s
an
actual
bill,
PS
to
the
store
owners
I
had
my
own
store
a
few
years
ago
it
was
one
of
the
most
successful
business
,and
the
community
around
us
were
not
just
customers
they
were
our
friends
and
family
and
we
treated
them
with
love
and
respect,
for
you
to
not
even
acknowledge
a
customers
issue
with
a
product
that
came
out
of
your
store
is
down
right
pathetic
I
will
say
the
dad
who
is
the
older
gentleman
is
super
sweet
and
I
appreciate
him
but
it’s
gonna
take
more
to
Bring
professionalism
to
your
store,
it
makes
me
really
sad
to
write
this
review
but
I’m
just
speaking
facts
maybe
you
can
take
this
as
a
lesson
and
learn
to
treat
people
with
respect
and
kindness
and
actually
assist
them
when
they
have
an
issue
with
a
product
that
came
out
of
YOUR
store
