Just to make it clear. All the reviews show how bad the staff doing their work. Lame. Stress aku!!!!!!!!!

Seems like they don't understand what emergency meaning is .... I got an emergency letter from a clinic ... however waited 1 hr and still didn't get to see doctor face ..... nurse at registration was too chilling ... playing phone and chitchat inside ..... I could have die ..... I have no idea how long I can wait ..... I'm still waiting ....

My grandfather died at this hospital two days ago. I had incovenience experienced here . The doctor and nurse were so strange and weird. My grandfather diet at 11.45 am based on death cert but the doctor called us at 12.30 pm something and told us to come and discuss. But when we arrived there. Doc straightly told us that our grandfather died withour any further explanation. We felt so strange and fishy about the staff here. Why u lied to us? Why not not telling the truth that our grandfather died? Why u said want to discuss if our grandfather already died at the first place? Then doc also not allowed his son and daughter to wait at hospital when his warded. Theres so many question that we are wondering about. Read all the reviews here then only now i understand why this place is so bad !! So disspointed how they treated our late grandfather

My dad went for usual check up with my sis, she has already wearing a long pants with just bit of fashion with ripped design on them, she was refused to enter the hospital witb my dad, somemore got scolded by the guard, here is hospital. Once they were unhappy why my dad can't speak well Bahasa, older generations, he studied only until primary 6, had to work in helping out the family. He gets nervous afraid talking to the nurse as they will get angry. Recent one, the administration there selling the appointment tiny book to the patient at counter, I don't know whether is for their own pocket or really sell it by the government hospital.

Hospital is clean,following covid SOP and well equiped.Never expect government hospital which has better environment than private. Highly appreciate hospital registered staff which is very patient and helpful and all doctor and nurses that provide helpful and high quality service which save my mom life. Rm1 only for this service, really thanks to all the staff.Banyak terima kasih!

worse experience deal with a nurse here. In my life, there is no nurse as bad and as rude as this, i feel so sad and angry about it. is there a problem with a family of a patient to stay and take care of the patient? there is no problem at all! even the hospital allow it, but the nurse kept mocking me and asking something unnecessary like 'the patient have a legs and so on, so why they need to be taken care of?' is that necessary????? that hurt the family's feelings especially if the patient is a first time being warded. Not only with the mocking, they keep talking pr gossiping among themselves and refuse to layan me and ask me to wait. i wait and wait until the visiting hour end but there is still no news at all. and at the end, i just go back without even can take care of my sister. i was in disbelief how can a nurse who supposed to take care of people have this kind of attitude. They are not even a doctor, but they are so rude, arrogant and unethical. There are a lot of public hospital that 100% better than this.

Alih - alih hantar Hospital Besar Johor. Hospital sini kurang fasiliti ke atau kurang kemahiran? Atau nak lepas tanggungjawab bekerja? Sekali dua boleh la terima alasan macam tu, tapi kalau dah banyak kali asyik hantar ke sana, aku pon naik hantu!

Doktor yang tak seberapa pakar..kalau kau ckp demam ubat demam jela dia bagi...not suggested patients to come here ya👎🏼keje Tu biar ikhlas nak bantu orang..kalau tak boleh kerja tak payah jadi doktor..kecewa terukkk

2/3/2025 pukul 11 malam datang hospital sebab wife pregnant dan ada pendarahan..sampai lah pukul 1 pagi tak panggil²..selama 2 jam wife tahan sakit..pesakit makin ramai yang datang..kaunter pula baru pukul 12 dah tutup lampu..sempat berbual dengan orang sebelah..dia cuma demam dah di panggil sedangkan dia datang kemudian selepas saya dan wife..wife saya yang pregnant dan ada pendarahan tak di panggil untuk terima rawatan

Saya cirir -birit ,pukul 1.00am pergi tunggu sampai 3am lebar baru boleh masuk tengok ,lambat betul!semakin banyak orang tunggu

My mother was admitted here twice in 2 months and they did nothing. We went to KPJ and the doctor there was so disappointed on why this hospital did nothing with my mother. Some of the nurses here are so bad. They are just going to think you’re a bad child just because you’re not there with your mother for a few hours???? Then what’s the point of me admitting her here if you cannot even take a look for a while? If you’re going to say that you are short staffed, then what are you guys doing at that back room with your phone, chilling like there are no patients there? I will always remember every single one of your faces.
