Incredible regional food, at the cheapest prices you'll ever see! The view of the old bridge from the terrace is quite beautiful. Service was a little slow, however it was well worth the wait.

Group of 5 - We were in the area for just one night but were determined to eat here so arrived early as we heard it gets busy and reservations are not allowed. We all found the meal and wine to be excellent quality and value for money. The restaurant became very full, very fast so our plan to arrive before opening time was a good one. I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

A very cheap restaurant with good food. Usually pretty busy but it's definitely worth the wait. Some runners speak English but the menu is in Portugese only. We used Google Translate and everything was delicious!

This is a lovely place with great views and atmosphere. The menu has a lot of choice with the burgers and bitoque our family favourites. On one occasion my bitoque came without rice and with excessive chips which was unfortunate. There are no pizzas on offer which the kids would have loved. It is, however, very child friendly and the staff are great. There's always a celebration happening when we're there in another part of the restaurant which gives it a feel good factor.

On a week-day (April 13, 2023) the establishment was over croweded with serving personnell. It still took about five minutes to receive the menue. The service was rather rude and indifferent once it was clear that we don't consume alcohol. The Carne Alentejana was a meal prepared from frozen, mass produced and distributed stock. The other meal, Vitela Estufada meat quality on a scale of 1 to 10 was MINUS 3, beyond description. Our negative comments were in vain. Be aware of the place.
