DO NOT RECOMMEND. This was my first time going to a salon in Lisbon. This salon is a dissapointment. They do not follow any hygiene protocols. They use the same tools they used on another client to the next client. The buffers, filing tools, trimmers, spatulas to scrub the feet are all already used items. I have been to many salons where they use a new kit of tools for each client. It doesn't cost much to replace the scrubbing stickers to the spatulas . They can also sanitize the cuticle clippers and other tools. The towels are all stained and very unclean. I did a full arm waxing which left the wax all over. I had to rush home to wash off as it was very sticky. Every after scrubbing and washing off throughly still the wax stayed in my arm. The epilators they use and the waxing bed is very unclean. The lady who did the wax doesn't have much knowledge on how to get the job done. I do not know how they have these positive reviews although i understand experiences are different for everyone. Anyone who would like to treat their self to something nice will not go to this place. Its completely waste of time and money. They don't even change the water after sanitising the feet during the pedicures. Will never go here again.

Honestly rubbish, I went there for a simple manicure (gel extension + French manicure), I arrived at 12 p.m., I started at 12:30 p.m. and she finished at 4 p.m.!!!!! 4 hours to do this?? It's shameful, I did exactly the same thing with another beautician, it took her 45 minutes to do it. On top of that, the pose isn't great, and it hurt my cuticles horribly, it made me bleed with the file. In short, pitiful, I would never go back there

I used to be seen by Prakitma who is great but recently I've had two other beauticians and it's a disaster. I asked for full hair removal on my legs and bikini line. She pretended that she couldn't remove all the hair because the hair was too short, but in the end, with a little insistence, she finally did it and managed to do the bikini in one go. As for my leg, she didn't even try to do the thigh but she charged me the price of a whole leg. a shame!

This salon is really good and the service is really fast and good. Mind blowing services. Thank you. See you next time.

Nice place and good service

I have done keratin treatment. Unexperienced staff .during blowdry burn my scalp with too hot heat.and after wash my hair after keratin my hair not so good as it was before .keratin is also not good and shiny as I expected.Not recommend sorry as I pay too much money for service that I don't like
