Good Spa experience for a good price

The spa experience and the massages made it all worth it! Price is very good for the quality of the stay. Staff very friendly. Good foos in its own restaurant. Would love to come back, tried it in the winter time, next will have to be in summer to try the outside pool!

We had a really good experience with the staff at the reception - Jorge (apologies if I spelt the name wrong) he was very very helpful! and simply nice to chat too! He definately made our stay more plesant!

Wir waren für eine Nacht dort. Aufgrund der aktuellen Situation konnten wir den Spa Bereich leider nicht besuchen und für den Außenpool war das Wetter nicht so toll. Ansonsten war alles super und sauber und das Frühstück ist richtig gut. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden.

This hotel was amazing to stay at, the people there are extremely friendly and are always looking to help make your stay even better. The rooms were just as good the only thing that could be improved are the mattresses most of them are too hard but nothing you cannot deal with. The location is great if you want to travel it's located right by a round-a-bout which leads to anywhere you'd want to go. This hotel has an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, hot tub, and 2 saunas all great to go and relax, the pool is around room temp where the hot tub you can regulate the temp. Whether your want breakfast, lunch, or dinner they got you covered with delicious food and great service. Overall probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at highly recommend.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The spa with both sauna and steam bath available, together with jacuzzi pool is definitely worth the visit. Their massage service is good, too. The breakfast had a wide selection of food, hot and cold. The dinner menu is tasty with reasonable prices. The facilities are a bit in the low-end for a 4-star hotel. Given the cost and the spa services, I would not hesitate to spend another weekend here again.

Just popped in for a drink at the bar no choice of wine by the glass and what I was offered was not fresh! Had a G&T

The management is utterly poor. The maintenance of the hotel clearly left behind... cleaning cool be really improved. The hydro massage tub worked randomly and the shower flooded over the whole bathroom! The drain wasn’t working and once repaired, the smell was so intense we had to move room at once! No commercial gesture was offered in compensation. Barely an apology from the staff that seems to be totally overwhelmed with the situation. We felt totally robbed!

One of the best Hotels i've been. Not expensive. Great spa and rooms that you dream about. Will return for sure. Suraj the waiter made my evening during dinner. Great service

Good hotel, really nice spa area with a good massage. Room are good but not 100% clean. Behind of the doors they don’t clean so much. And the Hotel are 10 min away from the City its more outside.

Dinner always came in late, and most of the time the order was wrong (missing stuff, or getting billed twice for something) Staff only speaks portuguese I had some laundry washed and they gave it back to me two days later, but it hadn't been washed I've been in two stars hotel with better service than this ""four"" star

We've booked this hotel for two nights for a small Holliday. It managed to fulfill all that we've seen when booking and more. The thematic room was wonderful, and it was according with our expectations. The hotel is very near from Leiria providing a good base to plan some trips near by while relaxing in hotel. The spa was simply delightful, one of the best we've seen providing relaxing moments. Also the restaurant was simply amazing, with it's decorations and the chef suggestions had been taken simply beeing delicious. Our stay purpose was achieved. Finally we've have to say that all the staff are very helpful, specially Mr. Suraj which was our waiter in the restaurant and at breakfast during this two days break. It's one of the kindest, helpful, funniest and professional persons we've met in this business and leaved us completely astonished with it's way of work and presence. Mr. Suraj is clearly one of the most valuable persons/assets in the hotel due to its way of interaction with customers, taking customer experience to a very very high level. We're leave wishing to get back for sure just for him! Let's hope the external pool (which is in construction now) is finished soon in order to provide too a place for our kid play around to get back soon

Amazing service and staff! Highly recommend

Was definitely not the best experience. Staff were reluctant on helping when our bath which had a whole in it and we could therefore not have a spa bath, which I paid extra for! One of the staff members entered our room with her keycard whilst we were in there, baring in mind I was getting changed and she said she got the wrong room and just walked out. And lastly, majority of the staff did not treat me and my boyfriend the same way as others as we are a younger couple. Example being, the buffet breakfast room was full and we were the only ones asked to show our key card. Disappointed to say the least

Clean and well presented hotel with lots of facilities if you want them. I particularly liked the Eco-friendly design and the inteligent way they use solar panels. The room was top class and had a balcony with a view. Buffet style breakfast was included and plentiful. Tip: If you want your eggs and bacon freshly cooked; be there when the kitchen opens. I can recommend the hotel for service, quality and value for money; I´d be happy to stop there again.
