For a company of this size one would expect proper customer service. Return policies keep changing and aren't communicated by the staff. One of the few places where you can try a mattress for a longer period and be able to return it. Be aware though you now have to keep the packaging....

1 star seems to be the minumum, but it's not worth it. They kicked out the staff and turned the shop into a storage. No staff at the check-out. It's ridiculous. The one employee I saw said this is the future, well.. not mine.They should give a discount for the clients working there.

Great products. But employees are not interested in helping customers. Yesterday, in 2 departments, I asked for assistance in finding specific products, and on both occasions I received the pointed finger, over there. You need to up your game.

One of the best IKEA branches in Portugal, the service is very good, they even transferred into self checkout process which makes it more flexible and easy for customers.

They do have nice looking and good price stuff but I can't help feeling trapped when I visit their shops... horrible sensation always... sorry to say.

Think twice before you buy an Ikea kitchen. Not 1 promise the sales team has made has been kept. The quality of the kitchen is fine but other then this I’m done with the service and lies of the customer service.

You have to be realistic. Most of the stuff here is utter tat! In particular, the fabrics disappoint. The outdoor furniture is “the worlds most expensive outdoor furniture” because it only lasts one season🤦‍♂️. There are a few bargains; (cookware , lighting and glasses) but for most of the time; it’s “Buyer Beware” !

On 10 March I paid nearly €5,000 for a Kitchen. I have never received the Loyalty Keys for this, but they did deduct 33 point for the items I returned. So for having spent nearly €5k I was awarded -33 Loyalty keys. Despite numerous promises from the store, on line chat and customer support that they would sort this out, they have not.

I know you don’t expect best quality from Ikea but to have a sofa broke down in couple month is too much Worse than that customer service is disgusting They only replied after months and offer only to replace the part of the sofa broken.But sofa is not longer for sale so they suggested have half of sofa one model and half other model Beside bedding and stuff i won’t buy anything else from Ikea

Good garage parking with indications of free spaces per row. Restaurant offers tasty meals with recipes from Sweden. And the well known furniture and home articles invite for a long visit.

One of the nicer Ikea stores that I have been to. The store was clean, well organized, and had ample stock. Additionally(and somewhat unusual), this Ikea served as an anchor store for the MAR Shopping Center. This made it convenient to take care of your shopping needs without making separate trips.

If possible avoid using their delivery service. Other delivery services armoire professional and better. IKEA barely tries to deliver and if you do not pick up their call will call it a failed delivery on the spot. They claimed they rang at the gate with is simply untrue as we have 2 dogs that hear people coming and bark before anybody even rings the bell. Neighbours' dogs bark too. However everything was quiet today. Now for failing to do their job they want to charge me for another delivery. I will cancel the order, reorder and get it delivered thus avoiding the second delivery charge. It should bee us charging them for making us wait for them unnecessarily. I tried to address the issue with customer support but they oonly folloow procedures and do no even try to help or accept to escalalte the issue with management when asked. Surely their job is no to be helpful or smart. This is a joke! Fortunately most delivery services are far more efficient. This rating is for their delivery service and associated customer service specifcally.

Ikea was always the best experience i ever had, it never disappoints. Everything is still great and cheap, especially te meatballs.

Big store with everything available. They have a very good restaurant as well with different varieties of meals in reasonable price. The kid playing area is also there. The sitting at terrace has a good view and cool place spend time with a cup of coffee.

I ordered a few items on line , the process was easy however the delivery was a nightmare. First received email with the time and date which was great , right? Wrong ! I had someone waited all day from them to deliver as per the email but they never showed up. Then the next day they went to deliver and no one was there . So they sent email saying we attempted to deliver and now you can go to the post office to pick up your order. Had to send someone to the office . Stand in line and pick up a big box . Not a good experience.

Very crowded at the restaurant at lunch, we took pizza, hot dogs and salmon wrap from the caffee. Very good prices, 0.6Eur for pastel de nata, fresh and delicious

Food is not worth the price. Compared to the IKEA restaurants in Lisbon this is very disappointing. I had taken hot water from the machine for tea and the water was brown in Color it’s rust unhealthy…. When complained this to the staff irresponsibly simply said to check the other machine. Wouldn’t recommend this ikea restaurant.

Surely everyone has been here. The staff are very helpful. At the Loule IKEA site, you have a large shopping complex, which is child friendly next door. A short walk away a suite of designer retail outlets with good sale prices. If you fancy more options for lunch move on and explore the indoor market and cafés of beautiful Loule.

Angry and disappointed as for the second time I drive over an hour only to get there and the product not being available, even if the website states it is. Asking the friendly employer who confirms that the management knows about this problem and that there s nothing to be done about it.

Ikea Loulé, Portugal, the worse experience I ever had with a customers service. We spend a considerable amount of money to furnish our condo in Quarteira. They delivered few items that we were unable to use and never called to let me know when they would deliver the other items. I'm the one that called few times and was put on hold for a long time. My frustation build up and I decided to cancel everything and have my refund. After a week, there was no refund. I went to the store and they tried to make me to accept their options instead. In the meantime, my money was blocked and I couldn't buy my furniture elsewhere because they don't wanted to refund my money. PLEASE RUN AWAY FROM THEM.

The worst delivery service. I´ve made an online buy with delivery and 1 item was not delivered. After contacting them they did not give me the missing item or a money refund.

A nice new IKEA. Visited several times over a fortnight and found it only to be crowded on a midweek bank holiday. Very friendly and helpful, mainly English speaking, staff. Slightly confusing car park.

A bit crowded (over weekends),but lots of interesting things to see. Restaurant has also a great value for money.

Got to the check-out and noticed there were only "self-check-outs" open. I asked an employee if this was normal, she said yes, from now on it is. Asked for a responsable for this area, the manager happened to stand near me and confirmed this. It was my last visit to Ikea.

We really enjoyed our afternoon at IKEA, Loule. The showrooms were amazing, as usual, and we came away with an occasional table, a chair, bathmat, plants and other useful and decorative items. Please can you tell us why the rush napkin holders are unavailable in both Portugal and Southampton.? We also looked in vain for specific light bulbs - large edison screw, small diameter and bright for ceiling and fitted bathroom lights, and we could only find non permeable mattress protectors or ones with elasticated corners whereas we would like full sized fitted 100% cotton king size ones. The restaurant was appealing and we sat out on the terrace for coffee and fresh orange juice. The toilets were clean and well-located.

We love to go there.. you always find what you are looking for, they offer good alternatives. Brw, the food there is really good with a excellent price.
