Friendly and helpful lady today at Randstad. She was kind enough to assist me with the questions I had in regards to employment in Lisbon and Portugal. On the website you can search for work opportunities, however you need a security number before you can apply for jobs. Thank you kindly, the interior/design inside looked great....

Terrible. Lady who is at Sonae MC Azambuja extremely rude, inability to respond at all, constantly hangs up calls in front of people. I do not recommend it because these people are chosen and trained by this entity.

Dont wast your time they dont call youi have good profil i speak 3 languages but they dont do nothing for you just giving us your nif name adress ect ... and bye .... Bad experience

They made me an offer for a strange company and promised me a lot of things. When I then had my first day at the company, everything was completely different and I was told that I had "misunderstood" - although I even have the statements written and saved. I also experienced the most horrible onboarding ever. It wasn't a job, but a kind of millitary prison for pocket money. I quit again after 2 hours. When I then complained to Randstad in Lisbon about the placement and the false promises, they just told me: "I can understand that you are angry. But you can apply again with us." Surely not. They lure employees under false promises. I turned down two other job offers to start with you. Thanks for nothing. If you know English and German, you can find better job offers than those arranged by Randstad. Do not start here!

There were good employees, Ana and Fernanda, but they left with great regret. Now it's just unfortunate, monthly payment "due to a system error" (recurring) only hits the account on the 5th or 6th. They make fun of the workers, they think we don't have payments to pay? This was confirmed by Merci staff. This is normal????? Total incompetence

Highly unprofessional company and recruiter. Who offers you a position but refuses to share the terms and conditions of said position (benefits/bonus, holidays, probation period etc.) before you agree to take it and send them all your personal information. Raises red flags 🚩, why would they choose to hide crucial information unless they know that you wouldn’t accept it if you knew. I don’t know of anyone that would agree to a job without knowing what they’re getting into. I’m making an official complaint about them.

Don’t work for them. Worst company ever

They treat workers sometimes like children, sometimes like working machines. Everything is controlled and accounted for to the second, always for the sole and exclusive benefit of the company/client's productivity/profit so that the worker cannot take his eyes off the computer monitor for a single second while doing his work meticulously and exhaustively, where we even feel bad when we stop to take a deep breath, or drink water, when we just have to chat to the colleague next door. They ignore the work code, taking advantage of ignorance legislative of the people who pass by, and when confronted, they respond vaguely, but they give in. Excessive turnover of people, like I've never seen, not even in the competition. They don't pay less € just because legally, they can't. The facilities at the headquarters look good, but don't be fooled as it has nothing to do with the other offices and places where they provide services to clients. Obviously, I don't recommend it.

Don't waste time signing up with Randstad. Even though your profile matches the job advertisement 100 percent, even though you have all the required qualifications, attributes and skills, there is no chance of selection even for an interview. I spent almost seven months applying to Randstad. I configured and reconfigured my resume and profile according to the job advertisement. The rejection continues. I contacted customer service and was told that there are many candidates among them, the most suitable candidate has been selected. I should keep applying, maybe someday in the future my profile will be selected. The sad part is that not once in seven months was I called for an interview. I have highlighted and included all the details as per the requirements of the job advertisement.

They don't pay employees on time. They bother you several times a day to ask for papers, but to pay it's quiet.

Eduarda, an employee in Vila Franca de Xiria, arrogant, selects whoever she wants and finds a job...she treated me badly several times without ever seeing me...just by message and call she put me down there...a reputable company like that would work like this. .
