Lovely guy name Daryn gave me so many advice and tips which I'm forever grateful because he take his job seriously and does care about costumers. He also showed me how to how to put tragus jewelry on and take it off as well (as I haven't use this jewelry before) Others staffs are so lovely as well Definitely coming back here again when I'm in Wales

Knowledgeable piercer. High end jewellery so ensure you are prepared to spend a little extra on something nice. Very high standards of cleanliness. Remember your ID and a mask, even if you look over 18! Would recommend and likely will return if I want something special.

Had my septum pierced a couple of months ago with Daryn- the best piercing experience I have ever had (piercing number 13), whole process was smooth and I felt so comfortable, piercing has healed amazingly with zero issues, thank you!!

Excellent service. The team here are friendly and knowledgeable. The studio is really clean too. Came here to get my daughter’s ears pierced and she has since been back for a helix piercing. Don’t bother going anywhere else in Cardiff. Highly recommended.

Did an ear piercing today. Rebecca and Connor have been super patient, friendly and know what they are doing. Moreover, the sanitary use of equipments and sterile procedures are on point. I would highly recommend this place for your piercing needs :)

The only reason I’ve given this 2 stars instead of 1 is the hospitality. While everyone was kind and professional, the actual piercing itself was done incorrectly. I had gotten a tongue piercing, which was used without a clamp, but I trusted the piercer due to their reasoning why. However, the piercing was clearly slanted, with a bar that was too small and was digging into my tongue. I had to get it re-pierced the next day by a local piercer who gave me the correct sized bar for free. Disappointed by the result and not worth £65.

I’ve had two separate appointments for piercing and can’t recommend them enough. Always professional, helpful and very clean. Jewellery they sell is gorgeous and high quality. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my piercings. Thank you for looking after me. Anwen.

Absolutely worth the three hour drive from Southampton! Granted I didn’t make the drive just to get pierced, but having had the most thorough and professional piercing experience of my life, I would make the drive solely to visit Daryn and Rebecca. Such a lovely experience, thanks!

I had a lovely experience here! The piercer who did my 2 middle brows did great and I love my new piercings ✨They where patient with me and I felt comfy in the cozy studio. I was able to get my bar changed in colour which was a first for me. I appreciate them talking through their sanitation protocols and that they are COVID conscious 👏🏽 Really like the saline spray I got here too. Glad I received a premium service ✨ Looking forward to getting my bars changed 💪🏽
