This place is located inside grand mall. A nice feel good kind of place. We tried their pomegranate iced tea, latte and donuts. All were nice.. the iced tea felt refreshing..

We had a great time here. Ordered hot chocolate and cold coffee. Staff was good. Rates are high, but it is something you will expect from a mall.

Ideal location. But poor service. They serve coffee like serving tea in a local shop. Taste is good. Still I go there as there is no other option in the mall for a coffee... I mean the attitude of the staff and the way they serve...

Nice place to hangout. Clean and good service . Brownies seemed to be dry. A bit doubtful whether its worth the money spent. But still a must try out place once. Recommendation : thank god it's sundae (name of a sundae)

First of all, extremely bad service...the staff dont know how to behave with the customers..they are very ignorant and takes a long time to serve...the customers that came after us got food..while we had ro wait for another 20 minutes..we tried the barbecue chicken pizza, indian tandoori pizza and lebanese chicken roll...the tandoori pizza had some flavour...barbecued chicken pizza was very bland and the roll...i have no idea why they named it lebanese...just a mush of cabbage more than chicken with mayo.. Disappointed

Whenever you crave about chocolate think no more, chocolate room is the place and they got you covered with literally everything in chocolate. A very big place with beautiful ambience and well trained staff. The owner is also very polite and friendly. Ordered some Cappuccinos and had the worst coffee I've had in a long while. There was a vague scent of burned coffee to it with a very watery base. Maybe the hot chocolate would've not disappointed me so much, but at this point I don't intend to stick around and find out. Hope you have a much better experience with this place.

Ordered hot chocolate and pizza. Hot chocolate was so dilute, tasted watery and was too hot to drink. There are legal standards for temperatures of hot beverages. Good if they check it out. Pizza was disgusting. Made from ready made frozen pizza base! Tasted like gum. For the price they charge, utterly disappointing. PS: don’t be tempted to go there because it’s the only eatery in the mall.

Sandwich is good..pizza and pasta is not up to the mark...fresh juices tasted good.. overall an ok place and the only place to have food in a big ball

The owner of this shop is the worst owner till date. He does not pay the salary of his staff or most of his items are expired. I have worked in this shop for 8 months or did not even give me the last month's salary. He kept the amount of Rs 23,000 to himself.

The worst sunday I had ever!! Really pathetic. I ordered choclate avalanche online. I had this item once ling back from the choclate room which was located in panambilly nagar, unfortunately closed now. It was mouth watering and delicious, with that expectation I order today! My bad, won't go for it again
