Excellent organisation from nissi tours. They gave us the best tour experience. They were so punctual. The boat house experience was really top notch and so was the captain who gave us a smooth ride. Especially the chef's cooking was so tasty. He gave us delicious food throughout the journey. Special thanks to Rajesh Sir who made this a wonderful trip and so was Shah who guided us perfectly. On the whole it was a fantastic service. Thanks to all the team members who helped us throughout the journey.

My friend and I had a good experience travelling in Kerala with Nissi & tours. The arrangements were smooth, and we felt safe to travel around with the help of Mr.Sojju. We almost missed the Athirapally waterfall, but Mr. Rajesh and Mr.Sojju ensured we had the chance to drop by the attraction before our trip ended. On the last night in Allepey, we wanted to try Karimeen, and they put in extra effort to find the right spot for us to enjoy our dinner. Overall, we enjoyed our travel and would highly recommend Nissi and tours to other travellers.

We planned 5 days tour to Alappuzha House Boat, Thekkady and Munnar. The arrangement by Nissi Tours & House boats was very good. The Houseboat was very nice and comfortable. They booked rooms at dew drops farm resorts by maat hotels Munnar, it's excellent for staying. And the organizer daily called and confirmed the comfortable of our trip. The food in Boathouse and Dew drop resort was very tasty . Overall rating I give five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

We had an amazing time with "NISSI TOURS & HOUSEBOATS" on their boat in Alleppey on September 26th, 2023. We were a group of 24 friends, and every single one of us had a fantastic experience. The trip was beyond our expectations, and from the welcome drink to the delicious breakfast the next day, everything was done impeccably. They even accommodated last-minute changes in our food preferences without any fuss. Our tour guide was exceptional, providing us with insightful information throughout. It was a great deal, and their services were transparent and trustworthy. A special shoutout to Rajesh for his outstanding assistance. Thank you so much!!!

Mr.Rajesh sir was given excellent coordination with us and guided us to complete our trip and travel plan. We would like to thank Mr. Rajesh sir for providing the best service for Boat House. The boat house is completely maintained very clean and has a good interior and exterior. The boat driver and staff are coordinated with our requirements and are very supportive. Let's come to food,it's completely awesome like better than homemade food. The Prawn fry was especially amazing. We strongly recommend those who are all interested to stay in the boat house, blindly contact Mr.Rajesh sir, he will support. If you want additional fish and prawns purchase from Fish Market itself. Because the price is very high prices near the boat stop. We are very happy to stay next time along with family.

From the moment we booked Rajesh sir has guided us and welcomed us to his boat. The boats interior was exactly how it was advertised. The stay was very comfortable as they tended to each and every one of our requests. As we had small children with us they customized their menu around us. Right from the first enquiry made, till the moment we departed from Alapuzha, Mr.Rajesh attended our calls and answered every query promptly, made arrangements and coordinated well. Talking about the boat house, it was clean and properly maintained. The food was delivered on time and it was tasty as well. The boat incharge and other co workers took care of us nicely. Mr Rajesh also helped us book a cab for sight seeing the next day, at an affordable rate. So overall, the trip was awesome and we had a nice experience. We had great relaxing vacation in Alleppey boat house, munnar arranged by Nissi tours and travels. Everything right from cab, driver, hotel , boat house, sight seeing locations were well planned by Rajesh. Had a great time around the Kerala Backwaters. The staff's were friendly during the cruise. We have booked for day and night cruise Had an amazing lunch, dinner and breakfast, It was all so well prepared and presented by the crew members. At last we loved our trip.

We had very nice 4days trip with nissi tours and houseboats. Thanks to Manager Mr.Rajesh who guided us through phone calls. Our driver Mr.Srinivasan, who spoke basic english but enough to have some good conversations about Indian culture. He drives very carefully and gave nice suggestions of places to visit and restaurants. Especially he cleaned the car every day and kept hygeine.

I planned a trip to Kerala allapuzha houseboat. I choose Nissi houseboat since it's our first time we are 12members with children's they help us reach the spot and we enjoyed it completely. Provided good food quality and quantity and tea or coffee or milk (options of veg/non veg)

The hospitality which they provided was excellent. Had a 4day trip in and around Kerala. There services started from Alappuzha railway station to Alappuzha boat house. 1 full night stay at the boat house the food they served during the boat trip was excellent 5* for that. Once out of the boat zero mints wasted vehicles was waiting for us. Then trip to Adhira Palli waterfall and a two-night stay at a budget friendly resort. The stay and food at the resort was too good 5* for that. The transport driver was too friendly had good travelling experience 5*. Overall, I would rate 5* for the Trip they advised
