As
a
regular
happy
customer
of
Hiline
Mall,
I
was
so
disappointed
about
the
Hiline
restaurant.
While
their
food
items
are
good
in
taste,
the
part
quantity
and
customer
service
were
very
poor.
Few
examples:
You
will
need
to
order
atleast
one
and
half
fried
rice
to
serve
one
adult
person.
I
recently
ordered
few
kerala
porota
parcel
and
asked
for
some
gravy
and
was
ready
to
pay
for
the
same.
As
the
next
alternate
curry
option
costs
Rs
120
and
couldn't
afford
the
same
at
that
point,
I
had
to
leave
without
gravy.
I
am
sure
if
they
offer
a
complementary
gravy
which
costs
less
than
Rs
5,
it
would
be
a
great
help
to
the
customers.
I
would
also
encourage
the
counter
staff
not
to
be
rude
and
fake
to
the
customers
but
friendly
to
them.
I'll
be
so
happy
to
see
the
following
small
improvements
in
the
restaurant
while
I
visit
next
time.

Gravy

and

Good
hygiene
in
the
wash
room.

Customer
friendly
counter
staffs.

Card
Payment
Option

A
GST
Bill
if
possible.
