Had a very worst experience during our last week stay in this lodge. We were provided with a room which was not cleaned and sanitised inspite of booking priorly a day before with advance payment. Even after complaining immediately to the manager, he didn't give proper response, instead spoke in a very harsh way. Due to time constraint we started to temple and After returning from the temple for a nap, we were annoyed due to an unpleasant smell in the room and found a baby diaper under the cot. Dono when the previous customer had left , and it was not even disposed by the house keeper properly. Literally the staff gave that room for use.... Waste of money and not satisfied with their hospitality.

Very worst management , I registered room one week before travel to palani, even they had confirmed room is ready to occupy when I was travelling to Palani. But they said room had allocated to other family after I arrived at Hotel. Came to know they usually do this practice if someone ready pay higer amount than who registered earlier. The hotel receptionist/ management had done all this. Don't trust this hotel rating in the website , they are not capable as per google rating. Cheting people

This is the worse hotel to book . They make you book online. And when I got to the hotel there was no room .the receptionist was so rude. Didn't care. I had to cancel and ask booking. Com for a free cancellation. They actually messaged me to say they will send a taxi. They did not. I got to the hotel and they said oh there is no room . I had to spend extra money to find a hotel that will accept my booking as I was already here. . very very bad!

The only good thing about this hotel is its is very near to Temple. Cash or UPI payment only available. We took a non AC room which the toilet is average only. Hot water available 24/7. Nice and comfortable bed. TV Not available, Intercom to reception Not available, Lift Not available, Toiletries are not available, Please carry your own bath towel and water bottle.

I've requested for an early check-in and upper floor room same has been given to me . The check-in process is very smooth. Murugan from housekeeping is very decent, sincere, and dedicated person.peaceful stay for our devotional perpose

This hotel collects cash and doesn't provide a receipt or Invoice for the stay. All they could do during check out is to give a visiting card of the owner and asks us to follow up with him. After one call, they block the number. End of story. Something shady.

When I decided to visit Palani Temple I had no clue where I would be staying. A search over several travel portals including Tripadvisor was throwing up Sasti Hotel as the best choice with high rating. The other entries did strike a few discordant notes and hence I decided to opt for Velan Temple View. Since I was with my family I had to be even more careful in my choice of stay. Hence I did not opt to book through any web portal and did a direct booking. The hotel definitely outclasses others in Palani as it is a brand new facility. The rooms were spacious (making me still wonder that parents and two teenaged kids could be easily accommodated with an extra bed on the floor, four adults, modern, brightly lit with a TV and a good cable connection, coffee kettle and the toilets modern, spacious, spic and span. The corridors on each floor wide and a big lobby where one can relax if you decide to unwind away from your room. The hotel arranged a free pick and drop to the railway station. They could also serve some cookies along with the tea. There is ample parking space in the hotel. In between the temple visits I had a good relaxing two days. Everything is definitely grand about this hotel in which case should not the price be grand too!!! And the Palani temple? Just look from the car porch of the hotel you will have a breathtaking view of the hill temple

Actually, I wouldn't suggest anyone to at least book online here. They don't really care about your booking or requests. To them, you are someone who's probably going to stay there for free. That's how they treat you. So avoid booking online. But the place is clean, well maintained and the staff are otherwise courteous.

Superb hospitality, excellent ambience, top cleanliness, extra mile help by Murugan at night to find medical store, overall good experience. If I visit Palani Next time I will definitely choose Hotel Sasti Palani for my stay Easy accessible from Rope Car and temple Steps is just about 350m walk. During summer, highly recommended for AC room

My personal experience was very bad at this hotel even though location is very near to temple and rooms are clean but their service is very bad we have to wait for an hour for Rooms even though we booked earlier & when we were departing to temple house keeping boy was asking our key and saying us to keep luggage in reception there is some old ones who want to take bath. Even though it's not even 2 hours we check in the hotel and they are asking for certain adjustment and claiming full amount from us and other parties. These type of malpractice is present there so please be aware of these practices

I had a bad experience at this hotel. The rooms are not the same as shown in the picture. Moreover no bedspreads, towels were provided. When asked for they said they will provide. But I didn't receive any. But they were in a hurry for us to vacate. I'll never refer this hotel to anyone

I stayed with my family, it's been a better stay , Rooms & Rest room were Neat!! But nearby no place for food only Tea, Coffee is available. Staffs are very courtesy!! Overall Good

We stayed for one night.. Room is very small. But basic amneties are good. 24hrs hot water.. ac worked fine.. 10mins walk to temple..

Rooms and Toilets are really good and clean.... Good ambience... Free and High Speed Wifi... Water Heater... Staffs are super friendly, polite and ready to help always... Great customer service and hospitality... All good... Only one thing that I didn't like is the DTH was not working as their account was not recharged... But, overall, I am really Happy with the rooms and services.

Sasti hotel best choice overall it was nice stay. Front desk and room service staffs were supportive. I would definitely recommend this hotel to My Friends and family. However couple of suggestions. Waiters in restaurant should better impose a process in talking food others. Their current processing is not scaling up tobh handle bigger group of ppl. Make an effort to revisit rooms sound proofing.Drums and people's chanting outside road leading to temple are audiable inside the room even though doors and windows are closed. Thank you

Worst experience at a hotel.. booked a room.. got a call from the receptionist in the morning at what time i would reach..and i told them i would reach by evening 4 pm.. Basically they sold the booked room to someone else.. and when i reached they kept me waiting for an hour.. just because they gave my booked room to someone else.. and they even had the audacity to blame it on the room occupants claiming that they weren't checking out.. when in fact they checked in to that room about 8 hours back.. awful experience... A hotel should understand the meaning of a 'BOOKED' room.. Never ever visit here..

Though it's little away from the Palani temple, but it's walkable only. Rooms are neat and clean. Very courteous staff. There's no restaurant but there's a restaurant Balaji Bhavan where food is very good and economical. Totally value for money.

The rooms were clean and the surrounding were calm. There were lack of toiletries like soap and bath towel. Hot water is available 24/7. Overall a pretty decent place to stay a couple of days.

Little away from the steps entry, calm area and Palani temple view is good. By contacting them they will arrange car / Auto to pick up the customers from Bus stand or Railway station.

Room was good and economical. Did not stay longer to rate their service. Distance to foot hills is 1 km and 1.5 kms to roper car station and bus stand; 3kms to railway station. There are many hotels that are located at closer proximity to roper car station and foot hills and can be considered but if you are fine with walking or have means to commute, then this place could be considered.

The rooms' were decent. Nice ambience. Friendly service. Slightly interior to Ganpat Grand hotel which is more expensive. Also they accept only cash.

Very nice and affordable budget accommodation in PALANI and very near to temple. Peaceful area and we stayed in a big room with a family of 6 members happily. Good for family.

Sasti hotel is a budget friendly hotel in palani. The hotel is just 300-400 meter away from the main entrance to the palani hill. We went on monday night, and the charge was Rs.1800 for A/c family room with two king size beds. Also have tv in the room. Room and bathroom were good. But the bedsheets were not good. They had dust on them. They didn't change it. The amount may vary during peak days, and week ends. You better call the hotel and make a booking before you go there on weekends and peak days.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. I had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfill.

Fine rooms, service and good location, idumban and Palani temples are walkable distance from this room. They have single and family rooms available. Parking facility available in front of the hotel. Service is good. Small restaurants are available nearby. AC and non AC rooms are available which are cleaned and well maintained.

Walkable distance from temple steps.. Average rooms.. Don't be satisfied the rooms just after seeing the website photos.. Do the payment after checking the room & toilet.. No good restaurants nearby.. Room service is OK. Cleanliness can be improved.. including toilets.. Paid 1200 for double room.. Price is bit high.. They won't give payment receipt..we have to pay full amount in advance.. Overall rating 3/5

This building is within about 700mtr of Palani temple.Since the building is new, it is very clean.Not a very spacious room. For a small family it very suitable in this rate( 800 rs). Hot water available 24hrs. The only negative what i found is there is no hotels near 500 mtr radius.
