This is a cute inn with a good location but please know before booking that they charge you $32 per day for “amenities” which I’m guessing is for parking, a fee that is not disclosed at any time during check in or checkout or on their website. That is a steep price (almost 15% of room rate) that is just added to the bill they send you. It’s an old inn so you can hear everything through the walls when people walk or flush. There is no restaurant or bar but many eateries nearby. The rooms have a big sitting area with a river view and a kitchenette. Queen bedroom area was small though. Staff was kind but room service never involved cleaning the floor so it got a bit grungy by day 4 despite daily service. I think there are many other better options in the Savannah area depending on what you are looking for. Hope this feedback helps you make an informed decision.

Amazing. I mean how else can you pass up a beautiful historic hotel with such a great location. Not to mention with the sweetest staff who never fail to always have a welcoming smile. Check in was fast and easy, my stay was flawless even with construction on the bottom floor ( very little noise) and check out was just as quick. They were even nice enough to hold my things till I was ready to go to the airport. Miss this place already.

Through no fault of our own, The wife and myself got put here for a night... I have to say, I would have been good if I had to spend a couple weeks here. From the moment we arrived, the service and the atmosphere was above top notch. The location, the views, everything about it made us feel pampered. Nathan, the concierge greeted us immediately, Brian at the front desk was ready to get us in. The check-in was smooth, and just a nice, easy experience. The room was great, upscale but with an amazingly historic feel. It was wonderful. We will return.

My first trip to Savannah couldn't of been better. This place was great. Location was perfect. The room was really nice. High ceilings, exposed beams, big windows overlooking river. Parking was great, which is tough for this area. The staff were all super friendly. My wife really enjoyed the wine from 5-7. We will definitely be back.

Overall excellent experience and highly recommend; however, I'll highlight a few items. Parking on site is $25 a day. I personally missed this in the confirmation email so I was shocked to be charged $125 at check in, that's on me, but the cost still seems high. The building is from the 1800s so be prepared for creaky floors, humidity and temperature swings in the rooms (as evident from bubbling paint in the bathroom and a damp smell in the room). Overall we didn't care about any of this but figured we'd mention it. Lots of stairs!! Stairs to get from lobby to upper or lower rooms, stairs to get from parking down to river Street.... stairs stairs stairs :) We stayed in the top floor two room suit with balcony (highly recommend) and the relay that turns on the AC unit is loud. Like a 480v breaker closing.... It has a tendency to scare ya when it kicks on which is why I mention it. All amenities were perfect and staff very plesent. We even got to borrow umbrellas when it rained. Ice cream was in the freezer in the room and we had free water and coffee in the lobby. There is no breakfast, only coffee, orange juice, tea, water, and blueberry muffin. The hotel is located at the end of River Street so it has less foot traffic but that means you'll be walking a lot to experience the historic strip. A unique and enjoyable experience for sure.

I have mixed feelings about the stay… we went late and our check in was around 8:45pm… the check in was smooth and a guy came To show us the room … the room was nice and clean but feels like you are trapped and had like an extreme smell like paint… at night the noise it’s extreme and we could hear everyone around talking, we finished sleeping around 1:30ish AM… I asked in the morning for a possible late check out but Nate in the front desks said No… he wasn’t too friendly or didn’t even engaged in looking at me when talking, they said they offered breakfast but all they had was a watery coffee, bad orange juice and muffins … ewwww… anyway we were excited to go here as was our first time in Savanah but that was our experience, thumbs downs.

This may be the best hotel I've ever stayed at. It's a perfect location on the river, and the rooms were beautiful. We got a loft, which allowed for some privacy in our group. They had appetizers and wine in the evening, which gave us an opportunity to meet other travelers. They even delivered ice cream to our room. This is a historic building, and no ADA compliant, so if you have mobility issues, this isn't the place. Other than that, it is absolutely perfect.

Love this hotel! Olde Harbour Inn is our favorite hotel in Savannah! It's so historic and beautiful - right in the heart of the historic area and close to everything (especially our favorite French bistro)! The rooms are always immaculately clean and very comfortable. The decor is beautiful and rooms are well appointed. The staff has always been super friendly, warm and welcoming. We love staying in and would highly recommend to anyone. Love it!!!

If I could give 10 stars for service, I would. Post COVID, lodging service has been very spotty but it is beyond good at OHI. The location is great too, with lots of charm in the old inn. Would return. Stayed in June 2023.

Service was wonderful, we were greeted at our parking spots with someone to help with our bags. They have snacks and wine in the evening, complimentary ice cream, a nice light breakfast in the morning. They were extremely friendly, the rooms are large and very clean, and I had a wonderful stay. I look forward to coming back.

The location, rooms, and pet friendliness were my favorite part. Our room felt more like a suite, it was just missing kitchen utensils and plates, which can be received by request but also oir phone didn't work, so we had to go to the front desk where the people were really nice. You are just a stair-case away from river street, which was so full of life! We enjoyed walking our dogs in the park out front which is covered in Spanish moss and then strolled down river street to Huey's restaurant, doing some shopping along the way.

Although the property far exceeds our expectations, the customer service is unsurpassed! The nicest and most helpful group of people you'll ever work with. We booked a suite and can not believe how gorgeous and clean this place is. The price is one thing that got my attention, but we've been totally wowed since arrival.

This hotel is one of the nicest historic hotels I have stayed at. Check in was super easy and the staff is extremely friendly. They also offer to bring your bags to your room for you. The rooms themselves are spacious and similar to a small 1BR apartment. Each night they serve free unlimited wine and snacks which was a surprising bonus. The location of the hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. If we are ever in this area again, we will likely book this same hotel.

Right on river street. Everyone here is very nice and made us feel completely at home. Because you are on the main street there is just a little bit of noise. Beautiful building and everything is clean and homey

The staff was great and very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the suite was not clean. It needs a deep cleaning. This is my first negative review. The floors were so dirty that our sock were dirty from walking on it. The bathrooms trim and floor was very dirty. So disappointed because the staff and location were great.

Perfect location, beautiful views, beautiful inn, wonderful staff, Kevin went above and beyond, the happy hour was amazing, Brian was incredible in sending my daughters teddy bear when she left it there. SO kind! Can’t wait to come back!

This is our go to place to stay in Savannah. We have always loved it. Location is ideal, rooms are great with a lot of space, and wine and food hour are great. We have visited several times including during covid. This time however we were a little disappointed. There is a kitchenette but no plates or utensils and very limited cups. They did give us some when we asked but I was surprised there wasn't more in all the cabinets. Our room was not serviced one day and the other day when it was they didn't change our our clean coffee mugs and overall room was not very clean. I've always been so happy here I've never considered staying somewhere else but now I may loon around some before I rebook.

Beautiful, unique hotel with great views and tons of space. All staff have been absolutely excellent (extra high marks to Kevin). Perfect location. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in historic Savannah.

Olde Harbor Inn is an excellent place to stay. Conveniently located to everything and on the riverfront. The rooms were spacious and clean. All the staff were amazing, especially Nathan. He was so helpful and thoughtful. They provided wine and cheese in the evenings, coffee and muffins for breakfast and ice cream treats delivered straight to your room! Would definitely stay again next time we visit Savannah!

Loved our stay here! Right on the riverfront historic district with shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Very old building with so much character. Our room had a full kitchen and was spacious, well maintained and nicely decorated. Will definitely be coming back!

I stayed at the Old Harbour Inn in Savannah, GA for two nights. The experience was absolutely incredible! The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Kevin, and the room was very nice. We had a river view, and the second bed was in an upstairs loft. It was very clean and comfortable. It is a beautiful place to stay, and I highly recommend it!

A beautiful hotel! The building is so interesting--you can just feel how historic the building and location are. Parking is self-park right next to the hotel along the street, and is $28 a day. We loved having easy access to our cars right out front of the hotel. The service was OUTSTANDING. Seriously, everyone in this hotel is so warm, welcoming, conversational and casual; the rooms are comfortable, clean, beautiful. it truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you kevin for the help with our bags and getting us to our room--we are sorry we missed you again before leaving!! Some info good to have--it is an old building which makes it very creaky--you can easily hear the neighbors walking around above you. It's quite loud really, almost as though they are in the room with you. so if you are sensitive to noise, request a room on the top floor. Street-wise, the backside of the building is right on the river but Joe's crab shack stands between the hotel and the views, but because it's towards the end of the river walk, it's nice and quiet and away from the crowds. Overall, a fantastic stay, I highly, highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Savannah!

I just stayed here with my friend a few weeks ago and it was the most amazing experience! The room was so big and comfortable AND we were greeted with ice cream in the freezer. But the BEST part and why we will be coming back for sure was the fantastic staff! Ashley was so helpful with suggestions and didn't mind talking with us. Nathan was wonderful and did not mind our crazy questions and chatty personalities l!!! We felt welcomed, comfortable, and everything in between.

Excellent! This hotel is in a great location…close to many restaurants and bars. As soon as we walked into reception we were greeted by a lovely woman (unfortunately can’t recall her name). I mentioned that my husband was parked at the front of the building. Not a problem, Kevin will go get him and show him where to park. Everything was explained about the hotel. They have a cooler full of complimentary soft drinks and water in the lobby…ice cold…no vending machines here. Kevin took our luggage to our beautiful room 201. Living room, kitchen fridge stocked with complimentary ice cream bars…yum! Lovely bathroom and bedroom. After touring around we went back to the hotel and went to the complimentary wine and cheese reception. Lovely choices of wine with an ample cheese, cracker and fruit plate brought to our table. The reception takes place in a large comfortable lounge with lots of seating. Absolutely loved this hotel. Kevin, you were wonderful!

The staff at Olde Harbour Inn deserve far more stars than just 5! My husband and I eloped in Savannah and stayed at the Inn for the duration of our honeymoon. We received an email shortly before check in with a video of driving directions to the Inn, as Factors Walk can be tricky to locate if you’re not familiar with it. With the video, we had no issues locating check-in and were so warmly welcomed by the staff there. They helped us carry our very heavy suitcases, my dress bag, etc., and when they saw that we were there to get married they brought an ice bucket with champagne and two flutes to our suite. It’s in a lovely location directly on river street, and our suite had a beautiful window view of passing ships. We loved looking up the maritime map and watching cargo haulers pass by. The staff was always available for our house keeping needs, and always put two ice cream bars in the freezer for us for each evening. I thought the ice cream bars were the kindest touch, and it was nice to have a sweet treat while we relaxed in front of the TV each night after walking around all day. Our room was spotlessly clean and we never had any concerns about running out of towels, paper products, trash bags, etc. I feel as though we got an absolute steal for the price of our lodging when compared with other hotels in the area. There is a staff member on-site at all times willing to help with anything you ask for! Our first trip to Savannah was lovely, largely because of our amazing accommodations. We will certainly be staying on future trips and recommend it to anyone traveling to the city.

We just got home from an AMAZING long weekend at olde Harbour. This is the epitome of the southern hospitality you're looking for. We will be booking this location every year. The best thing about this experience is the happy hour. You MUST visit happy hour and talk to the guests and hotel staff. Nathatan and Kevin rock the happy hour. The entire staff is amazing and ridiculously accommodating. We love this place

June 2013 my sister, mother and myself stayed at the Inn. We stayed in room 206 Flying Cloud. Everything was wonderful. The last evening we were sitting around talking about our trip. My mother said she heard the door close so our ice cream must be here. I thought that was strange since the only door in the hall way was a closet door that was locked. It was bedtime and I was sleeping up stairs alone. I felt like someone was watching me and I had a strange feeling. Then it happened...I was unable to move. I was being held down by something and I heard a voice asking me if I knew David Davidson, I answered no and he asked me again if I knew David Davidson, again I said no. I could not move. The voice was in a strange language but I understood what he was saying. I could hear myself answering him in moans but I knew what I was saying. I remember waking up the next morning and I went down stairs and my sister said she heard me moaning last night and started to come check on me. I told her what happened. My mother thought I was playing a joke on her. It was no joke and I will never forget that feeling and what I heard and felt. I looked up David Davidson and there he was. I followed his family tree as far as I could and found out who he was. The crazy part was his wife was an Ingram before they married. Long story but he ended up in Savannah Ga. with his family. They were from Ireland and traveled by boat. That is the short version. I will never forget that trip.

We really enjoyed our stay at Olde Harbour Inn! The location was great, right near the River, and it was close to everywhere we wanted to visit during our stay in Savannah. The rooms were very nice and we enjoyed the nightly happy hour the hotel hosted. The hotel is dog friendly and we loved being able to explore Savannah with our furry friend!

We stayed here a few years ago, and I'm just getting around to a review. When we are in Savannah, we wont stay anywhere else. We had a balcony overlooking River Street, there was a loft (practically a second bedroom) and a great size downstairs area. The suite was modern but still had that Savannah feel to it. Location is great!

Very unique and awesome experience. My only complaint is the utility work outside my window. Everything is located within walking distance and many ways to entertain yourself. The wine and snacks was good as well. Never said this about other hotels that I’ve stayed in but I will definitely come back again. Thank you Martin for your professionalism!

The photos online were amazing, but this place is highly underrated!! We LOVE that it's at the end of River Street itself because it does get noisy and busy. Each room is different and uniquely decorated and designed. Ours was MASSIVE! We had the room that essentially is a two story townhouse lol They even put together a mixer every day at 5pm with snacks and drinks for all the guests to mingle and hangout which was cute. Close walking distance to everything!!! We will for sure be back again! OH! AND THEY'RE DOG FRIENDLY!!
