The Emergency Room service was the best I've ever seen. Only 15 min wait. We're in a room within 15 minutes. All staff have excellent care. Tests, X-rays, and CT-scans were done in a reasonable amount of time. We talked to the doctor at least 3 times. She was awesome. Checked out in about 3.5 hours. Oh, and all of the staff was attentive and very personable.

Overall I had a great experience. My husband and I were greeted as soon as we walked in. The staff were very nice and friendly. Melissa NP was awesome!! She literally addressed everything. She was very patient. Tiffany and Chelsea were awesome also.

I was able to easily set an appointment online and complete information needed for the visit. Upon arrival, I was expected and seen at my appointment time. Staff was professional and efficient also, very kind. NP was in as soon as my testing was complete. She too was ready to answer questions and completed the exam quickly. I was even able to fill my prescriptions there so the trip was easy for me, the sick person with the staff responsive to my needs. Great location, clean too!

The entire experience was incredibly professional and courteous. I will give them incredibly high marks. I have visited several urgent cares in the past, and without question this was the best experience I’ve had previously! Each staff member could not have been nicer. If you were unfortunate enough to need urgent care assistance, this is where you want to be. Congratulations. Job well done

Excellent service. My child was feeling very sick and the staff went above and beyond to help us. Very kind and patient. They even gave my child a toy bag before we left. Thank you guys so much!! Seriously. Highly recommend this place.

Very dissatisfied with our visit. We arrived at 7:08 when closing time was 8pm. Staff was obviously irked that we came near closing time. The provider Jamie did an incomplete physical exam. She declined to do any tests at all and said our pediatrician could run those tests the following day. I’m also extremely concerned that she recommended giving my 3 year old 4 times the recommended dosage of cough medication as shown in the photo. Thankfully I am in the medical field myself, but I can see how other parents could unknowingly overdose their child based on these recommendations. A complete waste of a visit. Giving 2 stars only because the facility was clean and appeared well kept.

I don’t usually do reviews, but they were so patient and so thorough and the wait wasn’t long. They had water in various areas for their patients. The facility was extremely clean. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.

Our experience here is always great. Soon as you walk in front desk lady always nice and helpful. The tech Deontae always treat us kind and helpful my daughter was like he so sweet mom and took good care of me.
