Naturals lounge is not like before they donot have professional hair cutting specialist and running the shop with all beginners who donot know how to cut hair perfectly and they still charge 550 rs for normal hair cut when the original price is 350. I have done a normal haircut they charged me 550 in the name of change in style. But i have done only the normal one and which i used cut there for long time. After I asked and told them I regularly cut my hair here with the normal price, but they still charge me 550 rs. Disappointed by the service.

A very good facility with courteous staff. But as far as men's hair cut is concerned their charges are way too high for the quality of service that is offered. This was my October experience. I went there two days ago (Feb, 2024). The cost remains more or less the same (on the higher side. I feel the branding is no excuse). But the service was better this time. The staff Lian did a good job.

My hair is totally frizzy, dry and damaged and I had gotten a hair spa done as suggested to me by my stylist Mr Anand. He was so professional and neat and with my amazing hair do I feel more confident than ever. I was the last person there and they stayed open post their closing hours and did justice to my request. Definitely coming back here for all my self care needs. True to what they advertise “self care is a vibe” thanks for this evening ☺️

Visited naturals at Express Avenue, and experienced one of the best pedicure and nail treatment. I have taken a few pedicures befor, and this one was extra ordinary. I tried their icecream pedicure. She listened carefully and asked the appropriate questions to make sure she understand exactly what I wanted. My experience at Naturals Signature Salon fell far short of expectations, leaving me with a sense of disappointment rather than the promised rejuvenation. While the initial impression was positive, with a well-lit entrance and courteous staff, the subsequent service failed to uphold the "signature" standard. The waiting area, unfortunately, offered little comfort, serving more as a staff lounge than a dedicated space for customers. Membership benefits appeared inapplicable for the service that I was buying, adding an unexpected layer of confusion and inconvenience. The head massage itself was inadequate, lacked the finesse and expertise one would expect from a premium salon. The therapist's focus remained concentrated on a single area, neglecting other parts of the head, and the constant phone notifications disrupted the intended calming atmosphere. Hair washing and drying procedures were underwhelming. The nape of my neck was largely ignored during the wash, and the dryer proved inefficient, repeatedly pulling and tangling my hair. Overall, the quality of service delivered at Naturals Signature Salon did not justify the premium price tag. While I appreciate the attempts at inclusivity and appreciate the therapist's skills, the execution fell short in terms of attention to detail, consistency, and overall customer experience. I would recommend staying away from this branch and exploring alternative options. This particular outlet does not appear to deliver the level of service in line with the "Signature" branding.
