Very worst hospital.. Not even fans outside ICU of ortho for common waiting people.. charging plugs were not working ..given multiple complaints..no use.. The charges for rooms are too high and facilities are worst. TV won't work and if work no recharge.. Treatment wise ok..once we move to rooms we have to chase them for everything.. Nurses never respond..they are too rude as well.. And for insurance, until approval they won't start surgery.. they will demand cash and says once insurance approved we will refund and finally we will get zero.. Fully fraud and commercial Finally canteen OMG is that a canteen in a multi specialty hospital? No hygiene..See the attached image and decide if u want to eat there.. Unfortunately the same food we need to take for patients..

Very neat and clean hospital, staff are very friendly. Compared to other hospitals in Tirupati this hospital is much better regarding cleanliness.Only in reception they are accepting cards but in pharmacy they are saying no to card so go vth money too if u r visiting to this hospital. I consulted P.S.Naidu sir, his approach towards patient is very good.

Treatment wise hospital is good. Chief doctors diagnosis and treatment is very nice but Assistant doctors won't come to hospital on time. Patients have to wait for a long time. If the shift is at 11.00 Am, doctors will arrive to hospital at 11:30 Am and reception personnel, they won't respond to patients with patience. Some of the lady staff will respond rudely to patients. I hope Hospital management will make sure to clear this point.

Among all hospitals in tpt, i had a good experience in Narayanadri hospital, the way of receiving patients and patient consultation is good and good doctors available in this Hospital.

Narayanadri is pakka commercial hospital. If u have insurance for treatment u must pay additional 30k without bill. They treated patients as 2 types.if unpay money they treated as one way,if ur insurance they treated one way. The doctors are not responsible to discuss anything with patient attendiee reagading payment. They collected 30k on every surgery. They are telling directly don't give the bill for 30 that is black money. Nurses responce also very badpatient food cateen also worrest. This is not for common people's ,ifs for only rich people's. Management also not act on this issues.

Very good hospital , treatment given with nominal fee, very affordable to middle-class people.

Treatment is very good, My father was treated on emergency and Dr. Sumanth Reddy saved his life from heart complications, Dr. Pradeep Reddy treatment is also very good, nurse staff too are caring and very supportive. Overall satisfied with positive experience and quality service.

Better don’t go to this hell For outer looks Hospital is good. But the way they treat is worst in the Hospital. People with less money can’t afford.They are Money leeches. Looting patients more than the insurance paid by the insurance companies. Even though the hernia package provided by insurance company for this hospital is 60,000Rs, they ask for extra Rs20,000 unaccounted money(not known to insurance company) saying how can they run the hospital. Ask for the cost of surgery before showing whether you have insurance or not. Another review by Sivakumar kavali reiterates what I said here. BEWARE!! THEY ARE EXPERTS IN LOOTING.

Recently I had operation for kidney stone of 10 mm size.. after 3 months I went there for general checkup , they told me to take scanning, results shows no stones found. After a week I got severe pain and went for scanning in another hospital , they told me I had 6 mm stone. Narayanadri cheats you and plays with your health.. never ever go there..

Hi treatment is good. More then this after care is importent. house keeping is very bad. Worst then old govet hospitals. Need to welcome with money other wise no service. They will not touch .the treating persons. Single family's are very difficulty. Manage. Nursing care also worst. Charges are collected as like cities. But services worst.
