I ordered Ista instant glue but they have sent some local elephant glue which unfortunately did not work as expected and messed up all the rocks with white patches and did not stick. Very bad experience. My issue is not yet resolved.

I ordered an aquarium pump SUNSUN make costing RS 660 sometime in April 2020. Due to lockdowns in chennai I received the same in 20th June. On checking the pump in the aquarium I found it was not working. On the same day I complained to them. After a few follow up messages I received a replacement. But when it was put in to aquarium it was making big humming noise, which is abnormal and unbearable, as the aquarium is in the living room. I again complained to them. As there was no response from them I returned both the pumps by Speed Post on 1st August at my cost and it was received by them. After much follow up some one called me on 12th August and promised that I will get a refund. After wards there is no response from them inspite of my many messages. I not only lost rs 660 and also rs 50 speed Post charges. This is my bad experience with them

Really bad service. I got a defective Sunsun HBL 803 hang on filter. When I asked for replacement in the 1st week itself, I was said "Sorry sir we cannot do anything". The product as such was very good with prompt shipping. But the delivery took 4 days to ship within the same city. The original delivery was in 2 days but it took 4 days to deliver. The shipping and delivery was within chennai. Fedex did very poor job in delivering

I bought air pump from Easypets. Got it delivered within a week. Price was 200rs less then major online stores. Intially when done payment, product not got reflected to my cart and made some worries. I came to know this happened to many others too. Be patient, u will get a confirmation mail withing 24 Hrs and product will appear in your order list. Product was delevered by Fedex within a week. Packing was good. Will recommend this site in future.

I’ve received the product yesterday but it's defective. One pump is working fine but the other one is very slow. And there no magnet as per the instruction on the box. Requesting to replace the product immediately.

Buying a new hang filter from you is easy. The packaging is done so that a huge quantity of plastic bubble wrap is rendered totally useless for reuse by excessive use of transparent sellotape (more plastic). Further I was engaged in chat to get details of how to repair one part of these filters (the UV mechanism) but sadly the useful information was not provided, in spite of being led to believe that it would!! Nevertheless quite easy to buy and receive from a wide range of products..
