Bata not happy with the experience and customer services, i deeply regret choosing the bata brand.. i have raised a complaint with reference number 236597 today through customer care and subsequently reached two stores in Chennai to get the defect or bad quality new footwear checked.. the store employees response was truly amazing, at perungalathur they easily sent us out saying we are franchise go to company outlet.. going to Tambaram company outlet was my next big mistake though better to point them out 1) They asked us to wait because we are not new purchase 2) after noticing indeed new footwear is bad, they asked for invoice and delayed it more, no use is being digital i guess 3) we cannot check or repair it, have shown the customer care email still cannot be done 4) i have mentioned multiple times that I'm not looking for cash refund i just need it replaced or repaired, they kept saying things 5) after understanding that we are accepting and insisting on the customer care talk over phone Ultimate points of losing trust is we can repair but not in my outlet 6) our outlet cannot pay the cobbler repair, go to the same store you purchased they have to pay for repairs 😁 7) for please get us the manager, the reply from store employees is that manager is not at store, ok please share his contact let us call him.. Manager contacts are not to be shared by employees it seems.. can't the even call up on our behalf?? they sale School Shoes products on MRP only 499. most of the product sale on MRP only Don't Buy. in jeyachadran tambaram same product less 399 only

Very poor service. Trying to push damaged school shoes saying that’s how they are manufactured. In the entire shop only one school shoe in size 9 is available it seems. Pathetic!

Very bad customer service in this shop, This shop shoe delivery for schools,but lany problem in shoe not responding,and damage for including in 90days warranty period, RS 200 for reworked change shop persion reply,after customer care contact only English and Hindi,but Tamilnadu customer required but not available Tamil executive, (my shoe price RS 999)so very bad experience in bata,thank u.

No collection, cost is high compared to online prize. Not satisfactory hence decided to buy online and came out of the store. Earlier I have bought one slipper which was live for 2 years and hence 3 star.

One of the biggest Bata showrooms in the neighborhood. They have a good collection of footwear for both men and women. Casual, formal and semi-formal types are available. They have a limited number of designs for kids. They sell mostly their own branded products.

Don't go to this shop, the old man who works here is speaking badly and very badly treated. They told one year warranty and not able to claim it. Giving fake commitments. Plz avoid this bata here and go for some local shops who responds properly. Very bad experience totally.

No discount, genuine Store. They offer varities of Bata and associated products at MRP. Zero discounts and no offers. Mall is located interrior of Tambaram market. Worth to buy original product directly. Helpful staffs, behaviour is good. Online payment methods are available. Enough parking, good for family shopping.

Salesmen were a bit lethargic. Models are limited. Better to search online and show them the models you liked online. Was easier for them to pick in such case. Even if they don't have the model currently with them they'll book and home deliver it withing 3 days without any additional cost.

Well, they need to improve customer service. Though they showed whatever we asked for, there was a sense of frustration which made us feel uncomfortable looking for what we wanted. Car parking though possible is on the road side.

Gud collection of shoes in this branch.. I cudnt find my size though I liked the sandal model.. so the staff immediately arranged for matching size by availing it from the nearest stock room.. so the service is quite gud.. the show room is not spacious ND the walking space is narrow with Oly one long size mirror.. .. but that wudnt be a concern as the collections are updated ..

Bad experience.. in that cash counter man was very worst behaviour. i visited one day before to purchase footwear for my baby.. there is no size available.. on that time my wife has some menstruation issue..i asked is there any ladies rest available to that cash billing counter man.. after we left the shop due to nan availability of size..he looks lean and his age is 45+.. he said other person Finished the work what they come and left.. I heard it and I said to him don't talk like this I heard what you said.. He managed it and spoke.. I have been purchasing from that store for more than four years.. but this time only i know his bloody bad mind.. I went to purchase at Peter England showroom(chengalpet) two weeks ago..on that time my baby has urinated we cleaned it..but the cash counter man was very humble and said you just leave it sir we have a house keeper they will take care you don't worry u can continue your shopping and they gave his drinking water to wash tmy baby. that is humanity...
