happy
with
the
experience
and
customer
services,
i
deeply
regret
choosing
the
bata
brand..
i
have
raised
a
complaint
with
reference
number
236597
today
through
customer
care
and
subsequently
reached
two
stores
in
Chennai
to
get
the
defect
or
bad
quality
new
footwear
checked..
the
store
employees
response
was
truly
amazing,
at
perungalathur
they
easily
sent
us
out
saying
we
are
franchise
go
to
company
outlet..
going
to
Tambaram
company
outlet
was
my
next
big
mistake
though
better
to
point
them
out
1)
They
asked
us
to
wait
because
we
are
not
new
purchase
2)
after
noticing
indeed
new
footwear
is
bad,
they
asked
for
invoice
and
delayed
it
more,
no
use
is
being
digital
i
guess
3)
we
cannot
check
or
repair
it,
have
shown
the
customer
care
email
still
cannot
be
done
4)
i
have
mentioned
multiple
times
that
I'm
not
looking
for
cash
refund
i
just
need
it
replaced
or
repaired,
they
kept
saying
things

after
understanding
that
we
are
accepting
and
insisting
on
the
customer
care
talk
over
phone
Ultimate
points
of
losing
trust
is
we
can
repair
but
not
in
my
outlet

our
outlet
cannot
pay
the
cobbler
repair,
go
to
the
same
store
you
purchased
they
have
to
pay
for
repairs

the
reply
from
store
employees
is
that
manager
is
not
at
store,
ok

us
call
him..

contacts
are
not
to
be
shared
by
employees
it
seems..
can't
the

call
up
on
our
behalf??
Becoming
a
large
brand
with
many
outlet
is
it
genuine
expectation
to
have
small
customer
grievance
addressed
properly,
cannot
bata
outlet
pay
for
cobbler
or
repair
for
purchases
made
at
other
outlets
