Went to exchange gold .they gave right estimation in white paper and said will add gst extra okay than na mam I said okay paid the bill and came home then only checked the bill .hey have changed old gold estimation rate . Went back and asked them why it is change. That manager said we will change do u have proof. Because in the bill they don't have old gold rate purity entered.they said we will say u gave 12ct gold what will u do . They have melted the gold and took away that white estimation paper . Pls ask for xerox of old gold purity check. Before and after verification. Then only process the bill double check the bill before sign . I been fooled by 14000k so pls be aware of this.

Totally fraud jewellery shop. Pranav jewellers Totally worst for Monthly chit scheme... They are sales only old stocks. They use our money brilliantly... We ordered one normal Thali chain using chit scheme and also paid balance full amount.. We waiting more than one month till they not delivered... But they using our money efficiently... Finally they sold old stock of unwanted gold jewellery. And also staffs are not response to the customer. - Madurai branch

I never saw worst customer service like this in chennai. I bought two sovereign chain yesterday. They didn't show us variety of designs only shows one tray and try to convince us to buy the one they want to sell. Whatever designs you ask them to show you, they will say that design not available even for the most ordinary common traditional designs. I think they judge our appearance and think what will these middle class people going to buy. Unless you dressed up yourselves like a rich people, they treat you like this. GRT, NLC, MM jewellers are the best place to buy gold when comes to customer service. Even if we buy a small dollar they will treat us like a rich consumer.

It's not 0% wastage advertising Pranav. It's local area one. We came for the famous one like branch in madurai, tiruchirapalli. Don't came for thinking it's the another branch of Pranav. But it's not. And we followed Google map and didn't find any pranav jwellers. Even near by shopkeeper didn't know the name🙂. Real Branch of Pranav jwellers is in Chrompet.

Yes it's good to Purchase here while comparing to other jewellers.. They will say that they won't charge for the wastage and for certain jewels they'll charge low making charge.. But for Each gram of gold 50 rupees is higher than the market rate (whenever you purchase at current cost of gold).. Other than.. They'll provide you good service..

No collection ....... they do ads like no wasteage no making changes its fake

Worst store....they won't deliver the jewels on time...no any designs...I have ordered 8 pouns, already i gave designs...they are saying different different reasons only...I can't purchase jewels till now...only depression remains...don't buy any jewels here...
