Very nice place to hang out with 👪..you can go for boating from 10 am to 6 pm daily...tickets 50 for adult and 25 for children's...nicely jogging track around the lake...it got a children's park inside.. karate and silambattam class are going on for kids... weekends it is too crowded...prefer a week day to visit this place...overall 👍

If you want enjoy boating with minimum cost you can definitely visit here. The boating cost is Around 60 for adults and around 40 for children. child with age above 3 is only allowed for boating and it will be around for 10 to 15 minutes depending upon the peddling speed of yours. And other than boating you can find play area for kids where kids will enjoy for sure and if you want to workout or want to go for jogging this is the right place take your shoes and come here for jogging and walking. Good place for time pass. You will have rest rooms here where it is not maintained cleanly. And also it is around 3.3kms so make sure a carry a water bottle if you planned for walking or jogging to keep hydrated yourself. You will also find food shops out side of the park and parking spaces will be there to park your vehicle either 2 wheelers or 4 wheelers.

Very nice public park located in avadi-paruthipattu near paruthipattu lake. Well maintained public park. It has huge kids playing area in the park and public sitting place. Boating ride option is available in this park - for adult boat ride will be charged as Rs.60 and for kids boat ride will be charged as Rs.30. Park will be open between 5am - 8pm IST. Boat timing ride will be open between 10am- 6pm IST. Good place to hangout with kids and family. Good to go for a long walk and jogging. Kids playground is big and pretty clean- it has lot of options for kids to play. You can reach this place via Avadi 60 feet road and via avadi-karayanchavdi road.

Good location to spend time with kids and family. Boating is fun. Safety precautions for this boating are great. Life support people will accompany you with the rides and they will support us. Walking around the park is good. Children can play around in the park and have fun. Recommend to go there by evening before 6 if you want to go boating. Just 60 rupees per head.

The park has a pavement for walking which covers 3.5 km in total which is surrounding the lake . The main attraction of the park is the boating facility in the lake . The timings of boating facility is from 10 am to 6 pm . The one used here is a pedalling boat . It takes about 15-20 mins for boating. The cost of the service is 60 for adults and 30 for children which is including GST. The restrooms are maintained well unlike other parks. There is also a children's play area to keep the kids entertained . Better to visit during weekdays to avoid long que for boating.

Good maintained park. This place is also neat and clean. Also the lake is very much good for boating. Great place to spend with lover, family, friends and so on. Also they conduct various special classes like silambam class,etc.

A decent/good and spacious Park in the middle of a chaotic and busy area. Its a godd spot for both Kids/Adults. Boating is an add-on in this spot, they have pedal boats for hire(they charge 50 for adults and 25 for kids). One person will accompany us in the boat and they take us a short spin around a small land fill. But I wish they maintained it more cleanly, the entrance and area is good but the walking stretch is stinking in a few parts.

The lake has a park and good walking space. The track around the lake is 3kms. Two islands are in the center of the lake which makes a beautiful scenery. The best time to visit will be early morning sunrise or evening sunsets

Lake is surrounded by pathways so it's suitable for walking. There is a view point from which the full view of the lake can be seen. Park is surrounded by many houses. Park is fully compounded. There is a ground shaped gathering is made which looks cool. Restroom are also available in neat condition. They also provide boating facilities they charge amount for it. Entry for park is free so you can enjoy with family & friends. Totally the park is well maintained. But there some of the seating or not in good condition. More seating have to made in the side of the pathway so it help for people who goes for walking. Overall good, well maintained.

Good place to jog, for one round it covers 3km (4000) steps.This place surrounded by lots of trees and plants so you can feel the fresh air when you around this spot. Park maintenance is very good .Outside the gate you can get fresh juice and healthy soups.washroom is available.It has playground for kids, yoga camps, boating (rs 60 each for adults,rs 30 for kids ) ,Silambam camps(for kids),football camps(all ages). Yesh, I went to one of the event. Our organization conducted here "World Humanitarian Day" and "Independence Day" celebration event with Walkathon. Such a great day, Good to visit. For relaxation, mind refresh & glowing. There is no age limits to visit. I think morning 6 to 10. I'm not sure Evening time exactly. Very huge space around 3 to 4km Lake road, it will take around 30 to 40minutes to complete one round walking. swimming not allowed so please Don't step into lake inside its not our safe. You can practice yoga, exercises, Running, walking & Social events.🚶🏃🧘🏸👩‍👧‍👦👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Very enjoyable palce for kids and children's. Here Swing/oonjal, webby foldable and many warm-up settings there for childrens. Basic necessary fecility available like drinking wate, washroom and restroom. A best place to hang out with friend and family, best place for morning and evening walks. Morning Sunrise and evening Sunsets 🌅 look very nice from this Lake. It’s truly a hidden Gem in Chennai.

A nice Eco park very tidy and well maintained campus. A very lengthy walking space with a beautiful garden. Boating ride went well. Mostly pedal boats are available and the lake is maintained well. Overall had a good time. Boating fee: Adult : Rs. 59 Child : Rs. 30. Age: 3-60 are allowed for the boat ride.

Nice place for walking and running. 2.9 km per loop. Kids below 8 yrs has play area to enjoy. Boating is available from 10 am to 5 pm on weekdays. In some places stinky smell comes from the water.

Park timing is morning and evening. Boating morning to evening. If you pay extra to the boat man he can go long way upto half an hour...

Great place to spend evening time with your family. Pedaling boat service is available till 6pm it seems(won't prefer coz the water is toxic) Do not visit during afternoon. Also if you are a person who does jogging, start it from one end and end it by reaching the opposite side which ll take a total distance of more than 4 kms (we can besides of lake ). The lake water is toxic it seems (you can see fishes died over the water in sides and looks green in colour)

The best walking track of around 3kms in a calm atmosphere on the banks of the lake. Boating is also a nice experience, but you have to wait for some time in the queue. There is also play areas for children. Check the timings before you go.

Would definitely recommend to visit this place if you live in and around avadi. Please do try out their boating in the lake park. It costs Rs.50 per person and wait time is around 20 mins. Try to be early. Would recommend to try this out in the evening, definitely worthy view. Good lake to take a walk with your friends family or your partner , It's pretty big more then 2.6 km so it can be a good exercise too for someone who just want to walk and relax

This park was very neat and clean. Especially for the boating experience 😍. It feels like a kodaikanal boating area and it is an awesome one. I think none of the shops are avilable inside the park so that only the park is too clean. Also, the visiting peoples are maintaining clean, because without public people support it could not be possible. The lake was very neat and clean, all the equipments for playing is on good quality condition. Especially for the children playing things are in good condition without any rust. The gardens, tress are very neat & clean and they are maintaining very well. I have noticed more number of coaching classes are taken there. More number of sitting places are available there. But parking is not available inside the park we can park our vehicles on the roadside itself. I have visited this park on Sunday time but the crowd was too high My overall experience was too good about this park.

Neatly maintained lake. Lots of improvement. A perfect spend time for kids and adults. Yet the government need to take care of the trash been put into the lake and the purity of the water is in stake. Please take care of our natural resources.
