The burgers were really good in this place, and their Chicken fries are not so good to have no taste in that stuff no proper salt or spices it just fried in oil thats it.. for this fried chicken SS Hyderabad fried chicken is far better than this KFC really missing something in it.

Everything was good but got the order very late.... Mud pie cake was good and nachos popcorn wasn't available.. It's good right now they have improved

Visited the place on a Saturday evening. Very badly maintained dining area and washrooms. The food was stale and absolutely not in line with KFC standards. Ordered chicken popcorn which was undercooked. Also ordered mojito which absolutely tasteless. Better to avoid this place and visit Ambattur KFC.

One of my best experience i ever had in my life, recently i have visited this place with my friends. The 7min express process was good i got my product in just 7 mins. And the chicken's are too perfect that untill now i could feel the taste in my tongue. Best place to visit with your friends, must try if you were near. The services also good.

Came to dine in with much expectations.. But very much disappointed with the experience. Ordered zinger burger and all u get is two pieces of bun with a fried chicken in it... Seriously?? Worst than the local restaurants foun near by.

The food was good. I ordered strips, popcorn and popcorn chicken briyani. But there was no popcorn chicken in the briyani bowl. The rest was good. Dear respective sales person do check the orders properly before delivery. We pay for it.

Placed an order through web. Got a message that it is ready. So went there to pick it, but informed us only right now they are preparing. Asked them you had messaged it is ready. Kfc gave a sarcastic reply only when the customer comes they prepare to serve them hot. Anyway I am not eating there but taking it home. Lazy people don't do the work properly and give fancy excuses

Very worst service in Adavi .. there was not papers in burger no minous sauce packed worst bad service .. And the person name is swathi in Avadi .. see the pick how they packed fools...worst service..

Pathetic service. We were asked to use their self serviceable kiosk to make our order since we opted to pay via card.. The payment was successful but they didn't receive the order. Had to wait for so long to sort it out and get the food. Edit: Definitely customer satisfaction is not your priority. If you care about that I wouldn't have wasted so much time there... Dropped an email to that stating experience

We visited this place with bunch of my friends. The place is small so it's always packed with people and has a long waiting line. The service is ok and quick. The taste is not quite like the other KFC outlets don't know what's the reason, but worth of occasional visit

Customer Service is extremely poor. Rude behaviour, had to wait 20-30 mins still didn’t get my order .. had to wait extra 10 mins. Customer complaints in app is not taken seriously as well. Requesting to change the management to someone who is good at this customer service. Extremely disappointed 😡

Avadi KFC is one of the worst KFC outlet I have ever visited. The staffs were not attentive, they are also not organised. I have ordered tandoori zinger meal and crispy chicken. There was no one in the restaurant still they didn't given my order even after 30 mins of time. Then I checked with them they didn't even notice the order. After that the started preparing, again they forgot my order. Then checked after 15 mins they didn't even prepared. After 1 hour of time I got my order supplied.

If there is zero option I give zero to avadi kfc very very worst behaviour they give oil tissue I ask replace the tissue they wait me 10 mins for tissue food not given in 7 mins if I ask why getting late no proper response

Similar as all KFC brachs. Taste wise all good. But they need to improve the table services like cleaning on time they are not cleaning immediately that it others all good and super.

Tandoori Zinger Box: Chicken Zinger Burger, 2 Fried Chicken, Medium Fries and Medium Pepsi. I upgraded to Large Fries and Pepsi. As per Express Delivery, Food to be delivered by 7 minutes but it took 12 minutes to get ready. But they updated in system as food ready in exact 7 minutes, When enquired they said by mistake. But actually, It's unethical way of cheating both KFC and Customers by the employees. Employee was not aware of 7mins delivery failure compensation (Free Single piece Chicken) and later explained them and later they apologised.

Not the usual KFC food or service. Ordered Zinger Burger, Popcorn Chicken and Fries through online for pickup. While ordering you need to select the time which I did. Then I went to the KFC by bike. After reaching there, they said they didn't prepare the food and called to confirm if they can prepare. Didn't feel that's ideal because I have already selected the time. Felt like an excuse as it was crowded already. Had to wait for a long time after that. I could have directly gone and ordered. Then comes the taste. It was not to the mark. Most items half cooked. It is not healthy to eat fried foods normally. And with that having half cooked food is the worst of all. It is a new store opened, can surely understand the service issues. But food that's not something which can be ignored. Need a lot of improvement if need to keep up.

Worst kfc outlet I’ve been to! Chicken not cooked properly! No proper parking! They would ask you to move your vehicle while u are dining in,which is ridiculous!

Excellent food joint in Avadi. Really enjoyed the experience right from food ordered till delivery. There seemed to be an issue in the order I placed and the staff was courteous enough to quickly call and suggested me an alternate. The delivery person (Prakash) is new to Avadi and from down South. Soft spoken guy and admitted he is new to the place and not aware of the location. Choices - 1. I can be an a** telling him to follow the address and deliver. 2. Guide him over the phone and feel him welcomed to Chennai. Way to go KFC, you have just commenced your service here and confident of improving your services further.

I dint get a straw for a Pepsi Burger was very cold very worst The chicken inside the Burger is very cold like as it has been cooked by morning #zero crispyness And coke only suits for KFC not a Pepsi I hate this pepsi taste I can give only one star that too for ambiance
