10pm
and
the
attendant
told
us
we
don't
have
any
rooms
just
the
suit,
after
that
she
said
I
can
give
you
guys
the
handicap
suite,
ok
we
agree
with
that,
she
gave
us
the
305
room
we
come
to
the
3rd
floor
and
noticed
the
room
don't
have
the
remote
control
for
the
TV
I
come
to
the
receptionist
and
told
her
and
she
said
I
have
to
found
it
and
let
you
know,
after
an
hour
my
wife
call
her
from
room
and
she
said
iam
still
waiting
some
response
from
maintenence
and
we
stay
all
night
without
tv.
That's
not
fair....
we
felt
discriminated
for
been
treat
like
that
I
think
because
we
are
Hispanics.
And
this
morning
the
new
receptionist
was
very
kind
and
we
let
her
know
what
happen
last
night
and
she
was
surprised
and
show
us
the
remote
controls
where
there
at,
right
in
front
desk
and
she
said
the
girl
know
where
There
at,
in
other
words
the
night
attendant
refused
to
give
us
a
remote
control
that's
its
not
fair,
we
paid
for
the
room
and
everything.
