For many years my husband and I supported this caravan park. Many a wonderful holiday has been spent there and we were allowed 2 bring our little furry baby along. Now all of a sudden in recent months we were turned away as we could no longer bring our baby along. Understandably peak season has different circumstances but during off season in autumn, winter and spring when there r very few campers in the park, this new rule is very unreasonable and very πŸ˜” sad. We even welcomed the owners dog (Bruno) onto our site and into our tent. Could you please πŸ™ reconsider. We would really like 2 visit again

We booked for two months and stayed for three!. Really happy with the campsite, having our own ablution was such a bonus and it was serviced three times a week ,the camp is well run and the owners and staff friendly. My one piece of advice is ,if you wish to spend time on your computer to mention to the management you would like a site within their hot spot area,we were at the furtherst most site and our Vodacom modem was erratic which could be frustrating but in the hot spot area no problem.

Lovely to have your own bathroom at the campsite. Lawns and sites well maintained. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. We were welcomed at the campsite by the owner who made sure that we had everything that we needed. It is a short drive to the beach and also very close to Port Alfred. We really enjoyed our stay.

This is such a lovely resort to stay at. It’s quiet and relaxing and there are places nearby to shop, although they are a bit of a drive away. The staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely a great place to bring family to.

Really nice place with beautiful lawns and super friendly staff and owners. Each site has it's own bathroom which is really nice. The pump located outside each private ablution is a bit noisy and randomly switches on during the course of the night. You can switch it off at the DV board for your private ablution, unfortunately I only realised that the morning after. Unfortunately you can hear the road from the camp but apart from that it is lovely. Highly recommended

What a perfect spot to overnight or even stay longer. Easy access from the N2 and close to Port Alfred and the stunning village of Bathurst. Great to have personal ablutions. Big grassy sites and helpful management. Definitely stay again.

One of the nicest campsites we have ever stayed in. It gets 5 stars in every aspect. Cleanliness, maintenance, great staff, peaceful environment, location. What more can we say.

Well maintained caravan park. Stayed here for 2 months and it was fantastic. Own ablution that was cleaned twice a week and dustbins daily. Friendly staff. Playpark for kids. Jukskei, putt putt, darts, pool tables and a lovely swimming pool which we did not use because it was too cold. Thank you Chris and Marise for letting us feel so welcome. Greenfountain will surely be missed.
