When you go on the internet it looks like a lovely place to stay in close to the beach ,they say they have DSTV in cottages and just a nice setting. Please don;t believe anything you see on the internet it is a lie. We stayed in the Mermaid cottage it was lovely from the outside but when u go inside it is a total different story. There was no towels in cottages the downstairs area is your bedroom and bathroom and that had a old smell. Our bathroom was out of order .There were no DSTV in our unit. Normally when you book in to a self catering unit there is coffee and tea but at this place nothing. Because our bathroom was our of order they moved us to a nice place but the Tv did not work in this apartment and it was so noisy. The lady of the Resort never came to us and to see if we were ok . We will never stay there again....

Everything you need for comfortable, relaxing stay. Owners very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Rugged Rocks have been our getaway for over a decade and will definitely go back.

We truly had an amazing experience staying there. I highly recommend this place, it is a beautiful piece of paradise with the most stunning views.

Beautiful cottages sitting on top of the vegetation with views of the ocean. We had soft rain and ocean sounds to lull us to sleep.

Cottage had everything we needed but basin was a bit small between two bathrooms the swimming pool was very clean and the hosts were very friendly we will definitely be back.

Cathy is the perfect hostess!! I could not have found friendlier service anywhere else. She went above and beyond for our short stay and I must admit, I was sad to leave. I could have stayed forever. Our family had a lovely stay at Rugged Rocks this past December and I recommend it to everyone. ;)
