Loved this place!! Its 5 minutes walk to the beach. Beautiful decor too. It feels like home away from home.

The place was clean and beautiful, and the lady who assisted me with my reservation Magda was amazing. Really enjoyed my stay though it was only few hours of stay. And their breakfast was so delicious. A Ver De Mer Guest house, a home away from home.

Magda, the manageress was friendly, helpful and accomodated our request for a vegetarian breakfast which was tasty and substantial We visited during loadshedding and unfortunately the premises does not have any generator or inverter only very few lights that stay on for a brief period. Only 2 of the rooms have a sea view, best to request those in advance if you prefer that. Easy walk to the beach. The family room with the double bed and 2 single beds is quite dark and cold. Better to book two separate rooms.

Fantastic location and excellent value for money! Room no.1 is beautiful and luxurious with large windows and amazing views. Perfect for a long walk on the beach after a good breakfast.

Warm and friendly welcome. Carol is an excellent hostess 👌🏽. Clean, spacious ultra luxurious accommodation. Stunning views! The best was being upgraded to this luxurious suite, thanks to Carol. Felt like we were on honeymoon and just what we needed after spending two nights in a tent. Breakfast was good except for the coffee.

I had an amazing experience here. I chose the best room, and felt like I was in a hotel. The staff are friendly, and the breakfasts were delicious. The views of the ocean are gorgeous, and the beach is a very short walk from the house. Despite the other guests, it was very quiet.

Spectacular B & B located on the beach in Port Alfred. The friendly staff took care of all of our needs to make our stay memorable. Their breakfasts feasts were outstanding!

Situated on the beachfront road. Very convenient and quiet. They also offer breakfast. Has a pool and lounges to relax in. Braai facilities. Ocean view from the upstairs stoep. Very friendly service. Large rooms with en-suite bathrooms. Coffe making facilities with fridge and tv in bedrooms
