If you make reservations for the premium suites, it's not a guarantee that it'll be available upon arrival. My boyfriend and I booked a reservation weeks in advance for a premium suite because it was one of the most affordable rooms with a kitchenette in Corpus. We were on a tight budget and were planning our finances for our trip accordingly. We drove over four hours to find out that there weren't any premium suites available because other guests decided to extend their stays. The staff was very nice and professional and allowed us to check out a regular room. Unfortunately, the other rooms smelled like smoke and didn't look very nice or clean and didn't have a kitchenette like we needed to keep in our budget. We ended up having to spend an extra $200 to find another hotel with one. Overall, I wasn't impressed that this hotel didn't honor a reservation and should allow guests to get into the rooms they reserved.

This place has more cons than a federal prison. Paid $750 for a 2 week stay and they can’t be bothered to even wash the towels. That’s right, you have to pay extra to use their washing machines to wash their towels for them. Speaking of washing, we had to scrub the walls with Clorox in an attempt to eliminate the odor of unwashed but cheeks and broken dreams. I have never written a review. This place is that bad that it forced me to learn how to use technology just to complain to +warn anyone who may even be considering making the erroneous decision to enter the premises of this crack shack. On the upside, if you’re a fan of the show COPS, just look out your bedroom window, because apparently it’s filmed in the parking lot. In summary, just don’t do it.

This was one of the best stays me and my family ever experienced. Esmeralda in the front desk was very helpful and oh so sweet. Even the housekeeper was very helpful. If we needed anything they made sure we got it. Every one here at this InTown Suites was very professional, knowledgeable ,and helpful. We will be returning soon.

Room was in terrible shape. Mold. Ceiling falling apart. Constant noise from renovation. And was told towels are fuest responsibility to clean. Would not allow me to change rooms when requested.

Guests were disruptive many nights a week. You pay for a week at a time and don’t get reimbursed if you don’t stay the whole time. You have to wash your towels and take your trash out, which is fine….at home, not where you pay so much. We saw a roach our first night. We had to clean and sanitize our room because it stank so much upon arrival. The linens had unmentionable stains. Not worth the money for the stress.

DO NOT BOOK THIS P.o.s hotel! They cancelled my hotel reservation, charged my card and rented out MY ROOM with out my knowledge! I have 3 kids whom we had to scramble for HOURS trying to find a hotel. They don’t give courtesy calls, they are HORRIBLE. The MANAGERS are a JOKE. I want my money back that I AS A SINGLE MOM WORK HARD FOR. We traveled 8 HOURS for this B S. Do NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

I was told I’d receive a refund of my taxes after 30 days. Upon checking out and receiving said refund, it was only partially refunded. I called every week for a month only to be told they were going to email the GM, recently I was told to go on their website for further help with this problem, only to find a customer feedback from. They didn’t check me out on the day I left, charging me for two days, I wasn’t there. This mistake has cost me nearly $200, and a lot of time and energy in an attempt to resolve the issue. If you have no where else to go, I’d understand going here, but if you need an honest place, like I did, while trying to find a home in the area, don’t bother. I could go on about the other issues, in depth, like how they got wet concrete on my car, the first night being there, but nothing tops the way I was treated while trying to resolve this billing problem. I’ve contacted the BBB, as well as the FTC. I only wish there was someone at this company who didn’t try and pass the buck and maybe take a little responsibility

My family and I stayed here for a year and during that time the manager and staff were very polite, helpful and knowledgeable of hospitality. The night attendant Monica always made us feel safe after hours. The room attendant Linda always did great cleaning in our room along with the Housekeeping Supervisor Arora. The maintenance Alex and Smiley always gave great service to any maintenance issues we had. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this location. Thank you so much Esmeralda!!! You are a wonderful manager! You all will truly be missed. You were our family away from family😊

My husband stayed here while transferring job locations. The rooms were very nice clean and remodeled. This place would be highly recommended if they didn't have a rude front desk lady who caters to certain people ( Ms. E ). My suggestion to her is to listen to what your guest's have to say instead of being a know it all.

Made a reservation and nowhere on there did it say it was non-negotiable to arrive after office hours. We called the number and whoever was working did they were not able to provide us a room. We arrive at 10pm, had a child with us, and the person working said they didn't even have rooms available. Also, in the parking lot were incredibly questionable people. Seriously felt like a drug dealer scene and my family is from freaking Juarez Mexico, I don't scare easily but that was some shadiness happening. I wasn't even able to receive a refund 🙄. Absolutely a terrible place to deal with. Take yourself off of hotel booking sites if you aren't going to function like a hotel.

I understand that this is not a luxurious property but it should be at least clean. I arrived on the 10th of October, the room was noticeably dirty when I checked in.. It looks like no one has mopped or cleaned the floors in maybe months. I only had two shower towels in my room and the following day on the 11th I requested more towels and clean bedding and they were never brought like they said they would be. You don’t even wanna walk around barefoot in this room. I’ve never stayed at one of these hotels but because everything else was sold out, I had no choice but to stay at the Intown suites. Hopefully this Corpus Christi location is not typical for their properties.

roaches everywhere. Did not care to help move to other room. Second room had no heater, no blanket, manager no help. Did not stay 3rd day. No recourse no offer of compensation. Management uncaring, cold, not customer oriented, no apology. Terrible hotel!! Will not recommend.

This people are thieves. Yes they STOLE money from me. I booked a room online, and when I showed up, the room was not available. However I was charged a cancellation fee. I disputed the charge with my bank and they told my bank that I didn’t show up that day. So my bank wouldn’t refund the money they STOLE. No you dirty LIARS and THIEVES. I was there and I didn’t get a room and got charged money due to “cancellation”

My name is Sylvia Gonzales and I am deaf and mute. I'm writing this review to let you know how professional and helpful Esmeralda and the staff has been since my stay here. The staff here at InTown Suites Corpus Christi are always here to lend a hand and help me since I am disabled. We need more people like them. Who are always there to lend a hand. I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Thank you Esmeralda and staff for all that you do for me and everyone on property.

This hotel has cute little rooms, very crowded for a family of 4 or more. They have a full fridge, kitchen sink with a stovetop. The beds were ok, they are more on the softer side. Most of the rooms do not have hot water in the shower. They charge for Wi-Fi and cable. Comes with once-a-week housekeeping.

This is an older hotel that had been weathered over the years. Staff here is great. The rooms were clean and no sign of bugs plus they did once weekly service. The building itself needs a lot of work. Floors are uneven, lots of soft spots and possibly some structural issues in areas.

Daughter has been there as a resident for awhile and they have really helped her as she is homeless and trying to have her children stay together in this time of trial.God has helped her go past this test of time.

We enjoyed our stay here we had no problems everything went smoothly, the front office staff were always professional, kind and generous, the only problem we had was on our LAST day one of the housekeeping women had banged on our door at 9AM rushing us to leave when we had until 11AM. Which was unprofessional and inconsiderate after a long 3 month stay.
