I
was
told
I’d
receive
a
refund
of
my
taxes
after
30
days.
Upon
checking
out
and
receiving
said
refund,
it
was
only
partially
refunded.
I
called
every
week
for
a
month
only
to
be
told
they
were
going
to
email
the
GM,
recently
I
was
told
to
go
on
their
website
for
further
help
with
this
problem,
only
to
find
a
customer
feedback
from.
They
didn’t
check
me
out
on
the
day
I
left,
charging
me
for
two
days,
I
wasn’t
there.
This
mistake
has
cost
me
nearly
$200,
and
a
lot
of
time
and
energy
in
an
attempt
to
resolve
the
issue.
If
you
have
no
where
else
to
go,
I’d
understand
going
here,
but
if
you
need
an
honest
place,
like
I
did,
while
trying
to
find
a
home
in
the
area,
don’t
bother.
I
could
go
on
about
the
other
issues,
in
depth,
like
how
they
got
wet
concrete
on
my
car,
the
first
night
being
there,
but
nothing
tops
the
way
I
was
treated
while
trying
to
resolve
this
billing
problem.
I’ve
contacted
the
BBB,
as
well
as
the
FTC.
I
only
wish
there
was
someone
at
this
company
who
didn’t
try
and
pass
the
buck
and
maybe
take
a
little
responsibility
