I tried this for the first time as I live closer than Eastwood branch where I always go. This branch's ambience is bright and pleasing. Staff are friendlier. Service is as good. Internet is signal is weak though even when I'm near the store entrance. I recommend the shop should install free Wifi for its customers.

I had such a great experience at Azta Urban Salon's Arcovia Branch. Sir Anthony took care of the shampooing, head and back massage (yes, they do it for free 😭🫶), treatment, and the blow-drying (top notch, I was amazed ❤️). Ms. Lyn, their senior stylist, took care of my haircut and she's definitely the best! ⭐ She respected the length that I wanted (which I had horrible experience before in other salons) and made sure to explain the style that she'll do since I left it all up to her 😁 I'm looking forward to my next visit! 😊

Went this afternoon for a haircut c/o Ms Lyn while Ms Mia did the pre-haircut prep. Both were so kind and helpful! I wanted a specific haircut and two of my previous stylists from different salons weren’t able to achieve it, but Ms Lyn got it on point. 😄😍 Will definitely be back 👍🏻
