This place is not Hard Rock Cafe anymore. If you are looking for Hard Rock merchandise, don't even bother to go there. This place is now called Johnny B Good. Waitress said it is the same place with the same menu and the same management. Questionable. I took my team for a dinner there. We had burgers mostly. I would say, they were below average. However pork ribs one colleague had were ok. If you are visiting Manila, no reason to come to this place. You can find a better food in many other restaurants around.

They got the right jam for you, whether you are boomer, gen x, millenial, or a gen z. Food is OK (a bit pricey local beer is at P195) Service is 💯 Atmosphere 💯

Still a great place to enjoy good food and listen to good old rock and roll songs. Service was superb - was assisted by Ney and we couldn’t have asked for a more attentive and helpful server. The band performing was also great - extremely talented members.

Celebrating my father's birthday and mother's day here at Hard Rock Cafe Makati was worth it. All the foods were delectable. Sir James, our server, was very accommodating and friendly. More like a 3.5 but since nothing was horrible going to boost to the 4 side. My boyfriend and I collect Hard Rock experiences all over the world, it is our tradition. When we visited the Philippines we knew we needed to visit one of the 2 Hard Rock locations in Manilla. Not knowing anything about the area we booked a hotel near the Hard Rock Makati. This is the smaller of the two locations and in located in/attached to the large shopping complex the Landmark. As far as Hard Rocks go, both the Rock Shop and Restaurant were small and did not have a plethera of rock memorabilia. Staff - Staff were friendly - the center tables were all empty but apparently reserved, However - we were able to be seated right away in a booth. We were told that at 7 pm there would be a cover/band charge (we entered at around 6 and were done and out before 7). We would have liked to stay for the band but were exhausted from travel. Cocktails- Pretty darn good. He got some Blackberry Drink - maybe the Sparkling Sangria. I got a frozen peach margarita. Both of them were delicious. Mine was a huge heaping serving! The cocktail itself was good but I wasn't a fan of the sugar/salt mix rim. Food - The beef quesadillas we got as an app were super good - served with fresh pico. He was in love with his ribs (I had some, they were nice and tender). I got the twisted mac and cheese. It was too bland for me and the chicken dry. (Can't win them all) The Rock Shop - Prices are expensive - on par or more expensive than the USA (Food slightly less so but still not cheap). The selection is also very small. We were devastated to find out they do not sell the charm bracelet charms (He collects pins - I collect the charms). We were so sad about the charm that we ended up getting a cab and going across town to the ocean front Hard Rock Cafe. This one is also attached to a mall - the Mall of Asia in Fact! I didn't go in the restaurant and the Rock Shop was also small - however they had the charms, several designs in fact! We ended up getting two - one to represent each HR we went to in Manilla.

Their food and drinks are pricey, 😋 but it taste goood naman! You can chill here and grab some few drinks , because they have live bands. Perfect for you and your group of friends🍺🍸🍻

had fun! the service was great because they prioritize their customers when they need something. love the band as well, since they ask the customers if they have any request songs and actually sing it. It's my brother's birthday today and they let him sing on stage hahah. the food was great as well of course! I wanted a tea and it's not on the menu. However, the waitress was so kind and gave me a green tea, very grateful for it. thank you very much for your service. The place is huge. Food quality is nice for people who like the western restaurant. The ambiance is very cool and the staff are helpful and friendly. It is just on the corner of Marriott hotel. I like macaroni cheese , fajita and triple plate for appetizers.

If you love music and live band this is the place you would like to try to visit. The live band start around 8pm. Great food too. Nice to bring your companion/group of friends here just to chill out

The food and the music vibe are great. However, we’re a bit cheated by the waitresses. Before we had the seats, we asked how do they charge us for live band at 8pm. The lady with pink suit told us to order 2 beers each of us as the tickets, 295 PHP is easy to be done for extension fee. In fact, we ordered cocktails instead of the beers when the live band started, we spent more than 295 PHP per person. After we paid the bill, we saw there’s an additional Drink Charge on the receipt, we’re confused and asked the waitress. She told us that she can provide us some bottles of beer, which means she won’t refund the overpaid money to us. It’s a really bad experience at the end, I’ll never go to this restaurant again.

Amazing night for my first time here! The band played legendary songs from the 70s-90s which I LOVE 💖💖💖 The atmosphere is amazing here, a cool place to sing and dance! Everything was totally awesome! Food was even better than in USA. Shela was our server for a party of eight. It was a totally a perfect experience. I was meeting part of my Pinoy family that I never see because I live in USA. Shela was the best service I think I’ve ever had. I’ve been all over the world and this was without any doubt, perfect!! Love this Hard Rock!!

I was here 3 weeks ago with family and friends. Nice food selection. Well presented and yummy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Place is clean and close to shops and hotels. Will definitely come back here.

The burger is great. Shrimp pasta is decent. Pizza is ok but a little greasy. Very disappointing is the brownie. Super dry. It’s covered in ice cream so maybe they don’t think it matters.

Southern Rock definitely rocked! Beers were totally ice-cold complemented by great food. Shela was accommodating and very receptive with our orders. The loo was clean, impressive!

The music could have been better. There is no rock in hard rock anymore. The menu needs an upgrade. It is the same as the menu at all the others branches of the bistro group. I went there last night to see a particular band that plays here, Bluegrass. It's the second time I have been to a Hard Rock to see them. It is the second time their schedule has changed or I didn't read it right. Still the band that were playing were good. I will go again to see Bluegrass, third time lucky hopefully.

Just going to buy some souvenirs in the store. Located in the 1st floor and the restaurant in the 2nd floor. As good as Hard Rock Cafe in any other places.

I'm a hard rock pin collector so I'm used to the environment. the staff here was sooooo friendly and they smile very naturally. the food is always above par keeping in mind it isn't specialty dining. made some great trades, some new friends and had some great laughs!

Reopened Hard Rock Cafe in Makati just this month February 2020. Sparkling new. Only visited their merchandise area for now, selling localized tshirts, mugs, caps and other thinganajings bearing Hard Rock Makati signages. Bands every night of the week, and need to see the bar and resto area next time!😁
