I went inside to order take out but the crew says: sir we receive take out orders at the take out order window. Thats precisely why i came in;theres no one at the window(happened many times). Everybody apparently seems to be oblivious of the customers outside while having fun talking and giggling inside,including the manager. Why cant they just take the order,instead have me go to the window. No complaint about the food but the manager and crew seriously need retraining. If possible focus more on customer relations skills.

We ordered burger and fries and float through food panda. Then serving/quantity of the fries is as good as the regular size but we paid for large. The coke tasted like water with some sugar on it so nasty!!!

The crew who assisted me just earlier today in Governor Forbes, Sampaloc, Manila, 1800 Metro Manila branch was disrespectful and very rude. She was the one who assigned for take out orders. I ordered fillet with fries and drinks and I told her to make it an ala king fillet and I was told that I should tell it to her ahead of time. She prepared my orders and I asked her if she had included the ketchup since I ordered fries but she just said yes and called the next customer in line. When I was about to eat, I noticed that there's no ketchup even though she said yes. I never enjoyed my meal. This was the first and WORST customer service experience I've ever encountered in so many years I've been a regular customer with Mcdo.

Breakfast is great at McDonald's. There large brewed coffee is perfect to perk me up in the morning. Sausage platter is my fave!

I waited more than 30+ minutes for my meal. My number was 171. The number dissapeared. They totally forgot about my order. They weren't listening to me. I am deeply unsatisfied. Don't come here.

Appears understaffed since a lot of tables were left uncleaned for quite sometime, however, the cashier and the one's preparing your meal are courteous. Will be back again on this branch 😊

I absolutely hate their ground floor dining area since its always felt dark and gloomy there, but on the other hand their space upstairs is actually quite passable. Lots of natural light, there's actually a decent view of the street beneath, but yeah I'd still go with Jollibee if I didn't have to cross a busy street to get to them.

I ordered lunch here and the food was nice...chicken is freshly cook and the rice is like my rice at home..keep it up..also, the guard is very kind indeed.

She can just say properly that I have to wait for 5 minutes so I can avail the mix n match promo which starts at 10:30am, instead, she insisted that it's not available and I cannot fall in line because she's just catering breakfast meal orders. No wonder why they don't really have lot of customers. I experienced the same treatment twice in this branch that's why I am making a review which I don't really do.
