Unfortunate experience here. I booked a dental cleaning service only and requested a quote. I was quoted 1200p “unless we need to do more”. I said there’s no need to do more because I only need cleaning. The service was as follows: I showed up on time 1:00 pm (appointment confirmed by text) and was asked to return at 3:00 pm. I was not able to return at 3:00 so I had to wait 40 minutes. Very poor flossing - as if she’d never flossed teeth before. Scaling missed 2/3 of teeth. Then 5 minute fluoride treatment. Total bill: 4500p. Total time for cleaning & fluoride = 30 minutes. I complained to the dentist but she refused to adjust the bill. Total waste of time & money. I will book with another dentist to do a proper job asap.

Unprofessional doctors. They are intentionally serve an overtreatment to charge 'premium' price to the customer. They don't even try to hold themselves responsible for their medical negligence. How awful attitude is this. Terrible dental clinic. Hope you have a positive change afterwards.

Clean, slick, professional looking place. I went in yesterday for a teeth clean. Got a slot straightaway without an appointment. Beware of the upsell though. Treatment starts at 1200 and goes upto 3000 PHP. I was "recommended" to go for the top price treatment but refused and requested the minimum 1200. Stand your ground and don't be cajoled into paying for work that you don't think is needed.

One of the best dental clinics out there! Patients are treated not just as customers but as family and friends. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. Services are top of the line! Highly recommended!!

Dr Erika and Dr Carvey are my fave doctors. Professional but a bit pricey. I just love how much time and attention is put on 1 tooth. Will recommend.

The doctors and the staff are nice, very accommodating and friendly. The clinic is well lit and clean. I had xray, oral prophylaxis, stain removal and flouridization. Dra. Kate explained to me my panoramic xray and the treatment needed and for what cost. They also provide a statement of services rendered with price breakdown, official receipt and a dental certificate, containing dental recommendations.

I had a great time with Dra. Fatma Dipolog, I told her that I had a traumatic experience from a different clinic before, so she was gentle all throughout the procedure, and also to her Dental Nurse who is friendly and comforting. Will definitely book my next procedure her! Thank you!

They are overpriced! They entice you by saying dental cleaning cost 1,200 pesos depending on the type of procedure. I ended up paying about 4 times the amount, and believe me the extra procedures done (mere touch ups) were not worth the extra cost!

I expected much of this clinic since they advertise themselves as "premium." But there was nothing premium if service was done inside a cubicle without door and everyone (patients, doctors, staff) inside the clinic can see you when passing by that cubicle. The price for the service does not justify given that.

I got a recementation procedure here. I thought a dental clinic in a mall was more reliable. It turned out to be wrong when I visited here. The consultation fee 600, useless X-ray shot 550, and recementation 2,000. Total 3,150 pesos charged to me. And the Dr.Vexxx made a mistake that she didn't remove the old cement on my tooth. It took plenty of time to adjust the height of tooth. And guess what? My tooth crown just fell out after one single week. I really missed my 3k at that moment. I inquired Novodental about what happend. They responded that I should come first and check if there is another procedure cost for my rerecementation. Isn't it the result of the medical error you made? 😅 why should I pay more for it? And the doctor also didn't answer my call and text until the next morning. She just replied me after I claimed my concern to the front desk. I had the rerecementation procedure in another dental clinic, it cost 1,500 totally with the better quality, quicker procedure and informed important instructions after the procedure. The best dental clinic I’ve ever visited in Metro Manila! Reasons why: 1. The staff are professional and well-trained. They definitely exceeded my expectations. They ensured that I was comfortable before, during and after my appointment. They offered me water, and while waiting for the dentist, they let me pick out a movie to watch. The staff are super easy to talk to. Booking an appointment was not a hassle at all. Booking appointments in other dental clinics is such a hassle, so this is a big reason. 2. They have an area where they test patients for COVID, so safety of everyone around was ensured. 3. The clinic is spotless, and the equipment are well-maintained. 4. The dentist (Dr. Vengie) was gracious enough to explain my xray and what was needed to be done to avoid further damage in the future. He made suggestions to better my dental health, which I truly appreciate. Keep up the good work Novodental!
