She did not even dress like she worked there and after manager told me to leave, two other employee ganged all around me. Don’t come here, I’m going back to 24 hr fitness. The gym was rather nasty anyways, trash all over the bathroom sink, dirty weights. If you going to have this place grown please get a better employees and fire that manager. learn how to speak to your customers. That lady might get a call from My lawyer for deformation.

Now I am not a professional mediator but : - First of all, communicating is the first step in a disagreement. It's healthy, it's good service and you try to find a compromise before escalating a situation. - Secondly, you always ask someone to leave out of politeness and then order if they refuse. You should never start confrontational, especially when the person is agreeable and then make threats when they try to understand the reasons of them getting kicked out. The manager acted in a unreasonably rude manner. It is understandable that she is frustrated by a man that disrupts others people workout at the gym she works at. However, it doesn't mean she is right. Her lack of people skill and self control to mediate and deal with a situation. She let her frustration take her over. Overall, everyone finished frustrated, shaken up, some felt treated unfairly for a lack of concrete proof of their exclusion and you have shown how you have management who prioritize their emotions above good service. As they say, you reap what you sow.

The service here is NOT worth the money I paid for. I am so glad I filed a chargeback with my bank! They refused to listen to me and basically shoved me out when I wanted to tell them about an issue in the bathrooms and one with the weights. The manager stared me down / gave me a stink eye, even as I was outside by my car, ready to leave. I do not feel comfortable here. I am a person of color and want to feel comfortable while I work out. Not getting stared at hardcore by a manager who feels threatened by my presence. I just wanted to lift weights…I’m going back to planet fitness, honestly.

Extremely over priced and management is rude. If you purchase a day pass you are seen as less than compared to gym “members” the last at the front desk blew up when i asked simple questions about filming rules. Cannot recommend this place at all.

Been going to this gym for 6 years. The daycare is vital for me. Equipment is always clean and staff are always very nice. Definitely love the sauna that's one of my favorite things. Also they have a nice verity of equipment styles. I never really have an issue completing a workout because even when its crowded there's plenty of equipment. The outside track is also a great feature. Highly recommend this gym. Not gonna find a better gym than this in SETX. Reminds me of larger clubs in Houston and bigger cities.

Extremely unprofessional, an egotistical "manager" that kicks you out even when you are being polite and just want an explanation. Lying about complaints, accusing of not being a customer but at the same time refunding the money, which makes a person a customer. I am glad how bad management has been exposed. Accept your error and stop lying and making up more stories, let that ego go. You were wrong!

the managers were incredible rude to me and just asked me to leave for no reason. They told me the owners asked me to leave, never me the owners. Weeks go by, I call the owners and they said they had nothing to do with it but will look over and give me a call back. Give or take 2 weeks go by, no call, no text, no email. I was astonished by this. I said forget it, walked into the gym to talk to the owners myself. Absolutely disgusting, will be taking my time and money elsewhere. 👎🏻

So I was at the when an extremely nice guy had come in and was having an awesome and uplifting conversation with me, not one other member had any issues and when someone tries to have an in depth and refreshing conversation with you those are moments where life has its meanings. However the staff and manager let their acidic and toxic personalities build up and were extremely rude and just nasty to this man. Even facing the rudeness of the manager especially he stayed very polite and simply wanted to understand the situation, and of course the toxic manager wanted to threaten him. So she threatened to call the police after him not even after 30 seconds of dialogue. She couldn’t even give him a solid answer. Just a nasty snobby individual she is. Never go here.

For the lady that claimed she was the “manager” sure didn’t have the right attire as one nor attitude. The way she treated the customer with a “day pass” was extremely out of pocket. Her actions were horrible if she can’t handle any situations correctly without any escalating. The “management position” that she is claiming she doesn’t need to be a manager at all anywhere. Disgusting behavior.

I was working out here for a week and for some reason some of the employees and the manager especially seem to be sketched out from me and I’ve never ever had that experience before which made me feel uncomfortable. I saw them kick out a dude interviewing people and he was a very nice guy and the lady(manager) was very rude to him while he was trying to explain what he was doing.

Beautiful gym. Great people managing it. Overall very well taken care of. Loved my experience at Exygon in Nederland. Sad to see all the one star reviews for people who have never set foot in this gym because of a "tik tok" trend.

Could be alot better... If the employees actually made people rack their weights and some of the members here are disgusting with their hygiene. Also the employees do not clean the showers everyday, I had to let them know the same peice of gum wrapped in pubichair had been in the men's shower for three days.

This gym is decent as far as gyms go. They have most equipment I'm looking for. What is annoying is that at the Beaumont location they keep hip abduction/adduction machines in the women's only area. I asked why, and they responded that the machines weren't "family friendly" (which is news to me that a machine can carry such a connotation)... When training legs my fiance and I both like to use these machines, but he's not allowed to, doesn't seem fair. Also, the taller lady with dark curly hair irritates me. She made a point to flag me down embarrassingly when I entered the gym for the 2nd time in 5 minutes asking if I scanned in. I had made the person at the receptionist desk aware, but she felt it was necessary to finally spring up from her desk so excited and make a scene. We use this gym because they have the Nederland and Beaumont locations.

Always clean- someone is always cleaning and I have never encountered any trash, dust, etc. Childcare is next level. My kids LOVE the childcare workers here! Everyone is SO nice! I love this gym!

Despite the old bad reviews I gave the gym a try. I feel maybe they’ve replaced the management since all the posts were 10-11 months ago. I personally never had any bad experience with the manager and she was very friendly, so I guess that’s fixed. They just had a new extension since people were waiting for squat racks they made a whole room of new squat floors, awesome. It’s always clean, always friendly, a little crowded but if you play the cards right and don’t go during the rush hours, it’s a very nice gym. No complaints what so ever.

The equipment is always getting updated. Seats and cushions get fixed. Weights are racked. The only downside is the amount of members compared to the size of the facility. It's always packed. Getting to use your equipment there's a wait for it.

I couldn’t ask for a better encounter canceling my membership than with Holly Byers. Due to work, I am unable to be home enough to pay for membership. I’ve been to other gyms and normally it’s a hassle canceling. Holly completely understood and went above and beyond to help me out. I am always welcomed back at Exygon and thanks to Holly, I felt no pressure to keep paying for my membership. 10/10 would recommend this gym Holly will hook you up.

Been a member for 6 months, no complaints. Gym is clean and equipment is well maintained, good selection of equipment. Has everything I need and more, highly recommend.

This gym is soooooo much better than the Beaumont one. I feel welcomed and so does every member that walks in. The Front Desk people are so nice, you can talk to them about ANYTHING. My cousin loves and her mom (the instructor) loves all the members here and she thinks they're better than Beaumont. Good Job Mid County Exygon.

Really enjoy going to Exygon and the group classes that are offered in the evening. The facility is always clean, and wipes are spread throughout the facility if needed. The amount of equipment the gym offers is also a plus. Never had a bad experience!

Awesome facility. I run and hit the sauna every other day. Holly and Nicole are always very friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t go to any other gym !!

I’ve been to the competition and I’m very pleased with Exygon. Machines are always clean and there is so much to do. Want to do Yoga? It’s here. Zumba? It’s here. I could go on and on. If you’re a woman and want to work out discreetly, they have an area dedicated to woman. Very great place to focus on your fitness. Love the Sauna after a good workout!

I couldn't find the difference in both Beaumont and Nederland. Both have nice friendly staff. It's just so freaking hot in the Nederland one. It feels like I'm in a sauna the whole time working out. They both have huge fans. TURN IT UP!!!

There’s nothing this gym is missing. The owner’s passion and dedication shows by the quality, direct communication to customers and services Exygon offers. It’s always kept clean, machines are updated or upholstered when attention is needed, the staff love their job... I can write I whole book on this successful business. Those complaining it’s always packed (which that should tell you something) and can’t get to equipment I would respectfully suggest, if you want to feel like the gym is all yours, wake your selfish a** up a little earlier, and get to the gym before everyone else! ;)

Good gym, has all you need, but still overpriced. I'd recommend they offer different plans for members that don't do the classes. 3.5 Stars.

Staff is always friendly and the facility is always clean. They have personal training, a ton of group fitness classes, a kid’s club, a women’s only lounge, and they have awesome merch! Highly recommend and well worth the money!

The best gym around. Staff is always friendly, gym is clean and has a lot of equipment and classes to choose from. And my favorite part....the daycare. My kids adore the sweet ladies that work in there and it is nice knowing that I have up to two hours to work on myself, while my babies are in good hands.

Very clean and well kept at the beaumont exygon. STAFF is great there very friendly and cordial, I'm always greeted with a hello, and goodbye. The equipment is mostly always open even though there are a decent amount of bodies in the gym. Throw in a sauna, steam room and a shower and your looking at a exygon top notch facility.

I relocated recently and was looking for a home gym. I went to Powerhouse and had the worse experience. I had already joined them through my company but they refused to allow me to work out until they verbally spoke with HR with my company... even though they had my application on file. The lady questioned me (more like interrogated) as if I was being deceitful about my employment there. She wouldn't even allow me to pay for a days pass until everything was straightened out. I left and went to Exxogen in Nederland and was greeted by Holly Byers. This lady welcomed me with opened arms and made me feel at home! Needless to say, I signed a contract. Thank you Holly for being so loving! I think I'm going to love it here!

This gym is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! They have child care, a track outside, a seperate womens fitness room, a sauna, and TONS of classes. This is the best gym I have ever been to.

I, personally, love this place. The whole gym has color, so it's not boring. Multiple machines, but weight floor. Outside things as well as tires & a .25 mile track. The sauna is the icing on the cake. I moved from planet fitness to exygon. The only thing they lack is tanning beds. This place has everything else. Including classes. I love it here.

They have great machines to work out on. Also has where women can work out if you don't want to be around the men.

I have enjoyed the awesome classes since joining a month ago. First time i have seen the instructors go out of their way to meet new members. I have felt very welcomed here.
