I
signed
up
to
train
under
Justin
in
2019
primarily
to
focus
on
strength
training
and
it
was
one
of
the
best
investments
in
my
life.
I
wanted
to
work
on
my
overall
endurance
and
build
strength
to
lead
a
more
active
lifestyle
and
improve
my
fitness
levels.
Right
from
the
first
interaction,
Justin
brought
a
lot
of
thought
to
the
table
in
terms
of
understanding
what
my
goals
are,
estimating
what
my
current
strengths
and
weaknesses
are
and
what
I’m
most
comfortable
with.
This
helped
build
a
good
working
equation
and
I
would
look
forward
to
the
training
days
the
most.
As
someone
who
never
lifted
weights
before,
I
was
able
to
deadlift
over
150
lbs
in
3months.
What
I
really
loved
about
the
training
sessions
was
that
there
were
a
lot
of
variations
right
from
warm
up
to
the
heaviest
lifts.
He
would
also
explain
the
biology
and
technicalities
of
various
workouts
and
that
helped
me
understand
the
how
and
why
of
the
entire
process.
He
would
also
take
note
of
what
I
enjoyed
more
and
would
tailor
the
sessions
based
on
that.
The
personal
training
had
far
more
benefits
than
I
expected.
When
the
pandemic
hit,
I
had
no
access
to
a
fitness
center
but
I
wanted
to
keep
up
my
active
lifestyle.
I
was
able
to
do
a
quick
home
setup
and
create
my
own
circuits
based
on
my
training.
I’m
happy
to
say
that
I’ve
been
quite
consistent
with
my
workouts
and
I
never
came
down
with
any
injury
in
these
2
years.
Activities
that
were
once
too
strenuous
are
a
cake
walk
now.
And
I
can
confidently
say
that
I’ve
never
been
fitter
and
never
felt
better
:)
