A friend and I went to the New Chicken Bowl Teriyaki restaurant for lunch. The man was kind, friendly and happy. Great atmosphere, and great food!! A must try if ever in Oxnard CA.

I went to whole foods market. I love that store. Awesome healthier options to fast food. Wish I had one where I live in norcal. When I lived here as a kid, the esplanade was a regular mall. Now it is a whole experience. They did a great job changing it. The only issue is entrance and exit. That is a mess.

Has a little bit of everything including tools. Only down side Is the owners dont care about the shopers ADA needs of a clear walk way. Carts, and big trucks block off the side walk off Oxnard blvd. They did some repainting of the handy cap spots and direcion arrows.

Place is much better than 1997 esplanade mall I used to remember, , Walmart savings the whole mall I think, other business still not as good, but has lot of potential, remember those days in highschool I would go here to hang out with friends 🤣, n thought it was cool n hip, Mervyn's shopping center had some cheap clothes.

It's got some good shops like World Market. Do miss the old Esplanade Mall however.

Do you dread coming to this shopping center? It always seems to be compacted & people drive very unsafely here. They are currently doing construction 🚧 in the Neighborhood Walmart parking lot, so that can contribute but, I also feel the higher traffick locations are on this side of the Esplanade, you also have BJ's, Inn & Out, Home Depot sharing this space. Once you hit Nordstrom Rack lot, you can find parking and more peace. Oxnard is on the way home for me but, I honestly find myself making the trip to T.O. for Walmart curbside now to avoid this particular Shopping Center. We shall see if completion of the Walmart lot makes any difference...

It's a big ol strip mall with chain restaurants (BJ's In& Out), Home Depot, Staples, & a small Walmart. Not exciting, but is utilitarian. I used to wait there everyday waiting for wife to pick me up & take me home (carpool). Since she was consistently late, I started walking home from there. The 5.5 mile walk was v healthy for me. One day I befriended a goose that'd been knocked down during a storm. The goose recovered it's strength by eating grass from a large patch. I would bring her cracked corn, too. One spring day, she (the goose) returned with a mate. Sadly tho, the property was torn down & rebuilt as an Albertsons mkt & I lost track of the goose pair.

You can catch great finds! But I try not to go over the weekends and holidays it's too busy and everything is open and ungiftable.

Good shopping center but people driving need to slow down and fallow the speed limit cramped at times

Easy to find parking to park before you walk in the store of choice.

I miss the old Esplanade. I enjoyed walking through the mall. Now it's just the few shops of which there are two I frequent: Home Depot and World Market. I hope whoever's idea it was to get rid of the other one got fired.

When I need anything the esplanade shopping center is a one stop shot. This shopping center has several stores that cater to the lower-middle class financial standing/budget. Which is not often seen in different shopping centers. I for one truly appreciate this aspect. If you don't find what you need or are looking for The Collections is located right down the way and houses a wide variety of more upscale businesses.

Lots of choices for your shopping pleasure and purchasing experience. I was seeking shops that had moved away from my city. Lots to see and lots of wonders to buy.

There are other times when our diversion is a sign of something deeper, and our tendency to deny or avoid our feelings gets ignited. Identifying with a member’s share can be a lovely moment of connection, but it can also make us want to crawl out of our skin. We addicts seem to be allergic to discomfort, and yet pushing through it will often bring us to a place of more profound comfort—with ourselves and our surroundings. Glancing at our phone won’t give us that. It does help to have some guidance here, as not all discomfort has that potential to be productive. We need a sponsor and other trusted NA members to help us distinguish between a moment when we should rein in our desire to scoot and stay with our feelings—and when we should honor our need to remove ourselves from a potentially harmful situation. _________________________________ Restraint is an expression of freedom. The freedom “to do” is also the freedom “not to do.” I’ll practice that today by not being rude or running from my feelings.

Too many homeless begging for money....going car to car....following women to their cars. Shop somewhere else....it is not safe

I like coming here. I don't like how the parking spaces are narrow. I have received great service at the businesses.

Lots of homeless that roll around. But over all nice

Home Depot is here, nice garden center with a few things I think are suited for Ventura/ Oxnard like Irish moss things you might not find in the hotter Valley areas, and they is an In-and-Out nearby.

Home Depot is always good. C'mon, it's home Depot. Hard to get out of unless you're taking 101 south.

FOR ALL THAT IS HOLY, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE MAKE SIGNAGE FOR THE CARS ENTERING FROM THE LIGHT ON ROSE! PLEASE SHOW THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE A STOP SIGN WHEN ENTERING! IT'S CRAZY AND DANGEROUS. SOME CARS STOP AND OTHERS DON'T AND THE CROSS TRAFFIC IS HAVING A MELTDOWN. FIX THIS BEFORE THERE IS AN ACCIDENT AND THEY SUE YOU.

Home depot is great. I feel like home depot is the store for fixing appliances in your home, and Lowe's is the place for home design.

Great shopping center, from home goods, clothing, and food. Very clean and safe parking. Great location near the freeway. This area is doing very well in Oxnard.

Only giving it a bad rating just because of an incident with a white lady. Older woman verbally insulted because she wanted a parking… there was plenty of other available parking next to her. This was in front of Home Depot by the Garden Center. It was a white Tesla. Beware 👁
