I went into the Coach outlet to see items for myself versus the online store. They do offer different options. Glad I went in. There was a young lady who assisted me greatly. Spent an hour in the store and bought about 2k worth of items. She didn't rush me at all and her coworkers didn't rush her despite the store being full. She was very attentive, kind and patient. When I go back, I'll make sure to get her name and edit this review so she can get her flowers. Again, they had many options of high quality items for both men and women but mostly women. Purses, handbags, backpacks, fanny packs, belts, shoes, boots, jackets, shirts, colognes, perfumes, money clips, hair clips, duffel bags, even masks. You name it, they have it. I came into the store to get my wife a few items for Sweetest Day. I know I didn't have to but we had just gotten married on 08.29.2021. Wifey was extremely happy. Going the extra mile just like the employees at the Coach outlet is always a good thing and very appreciated. I'll be coming back for certain.

Whats to say it's Coach. My 1 complaint is for whatever reason I never get a salesperson to come up to me I always have to go get one. They are friendly and helpful after I approach them. 1 time I stood by while while one just chitchatted with another non purchasing customer while I stood there waiting for 10 minutes until I said excuse me do you have this is a size 10? Yes I have big feet don't judge! Lol

I bought this purse 2 weeks ago I tried to replace it because of the discoloration they won’t exchange it for me and the manager JORDAN was so rude And he said he’s unable to do anything for me!! I don’t recommend this store anymore

I ordered a bag for store pick up. The store was an hour away and I showed up that afternoon. So the order wasn’t ready when I got there so they sold me The same bag for more money. When I got home the bag was not the same color as it was online. When I returned it the sale was over in the store. So the bag that I wanted to buy I had to re-order online. They wouldn’t honor the online price or give me the price that I could have purchased it when I originally picked up the first bag. Their 800 customer service was very friendly spent 40 minutes calling the store the order was placed and it would be ready for pick up that day. They said I couldn’t pick up the bag for 48 hours the employees in the store are rude into the point of obnoxious. After today I will never step foot in the store again . And they wonder why brick and mortar stores are closing. This isn’t even a different company they’re both coach outlet

Entered the store was not greeted. Shopped for a gift for my sister not one associate asked if we needed help. A small group of employees stood at the end of check out counter and watched me and my family(my husband, 12 and 8 year old) the whole time we were in store until we checked out. But in all I did find what I was looking for. I love the brand and the quality. I will continue to do my shopping online.

larger than the burch run outlet so it has a wider variety. there's also more people but it wasn't what I would consider uncomfortably crowded...just busy. employees were around if needed but weren't pushy. sales were corporate dictated so they match other outlet locations.

I simply LOVE my new travel tote GREAT quality in fine leather good has always been a staple commitment for the Coach brand. The only drawback of all the purchases I've made is the store/outlet company DOESN'T offer boxes for purchases. I totally expected that a large bag such as this should have been boxed for safe storage later

Great service! Store offers great variety of purses. Carla was the associate who assisted me with choosing the write purse for my overseas trip. She was excellent! I greatly appreciated her help! It made the experience very easy and pleasant!

Honestly this is the second time going into this place and it’s upsetting that the treatment was the same as the first time, very judgmental and rude employees.

I went in looking for a very specific kind of tote bag, and Lisa was such a great help! She showed me a few different bags that had what I wanted and helped me decide which one would best fit my needs and my preferences. 10 out of 10 would definitely go back!
