Jeddo Road Beach

Public beach

👍 Very small beach, as long as you don't mind sharing a 20 by 10 ft piece of land its nice. Its a great beach. The rocks are very sharp. I wouldn't advise taking children to this beach. Deep waters and strong currents. The neighbors to the beach are private beach owners so beware. People often mention beach,

The beach itself is small. If you want to look for rocks this is the place. However the other six people that were at the beach did not follow the rules. There are no dogs allowed on the beach and no alcohol. One couple had their cooler in their beers out drinking and the other two couples had very large dogs that were not on a leash and were running loose.

Jeddo Road Beach is a very rocky beach site. It has been vastly cleaned up over the years and was full of concrete with rebar sticking out. The water can become 5ft deep quickly close to shore. One has to sometimes swim 30ft out before you hit sand in the water. There are no dressing facilities or restrooms here. There is a gravel walkway that slopes down to the water. There is some shade & sand before you hit the water but not much room for more than 20 to 25 people. It's a good spot but not the best one. Harris Rd a mile south is better.

Nice private spot to cool off in the lake. Its rocky and has no sand bar and only about 60 feet wide, so if 10 people show up it's crowded. So don't tell your friends about this place.
