Appreciate the help w my ten point

My son and i went on a Saturday. The crew was very helpful and nice. They helped me with my bow and sight. They are working on my sons bow. Great service!

I drove a little over two hours one way to have Complete Hunter’s Outlet replace the strings on my crossbow. I had called the week before and was told that since I lived so far away they would give me an appointment to bring my bow in. Additionally they said it would only take an hour so I could wait for it. Boy, was I glad I made the trip. It was a nice day for a ride but what blew me away was the awesome customer service I received. And yes, the bow was finished within an hour. Sadly I did not get any names , other than the dog’s which was a boxer named Capone. Everything was explained throughly to me and the young woman who worked on the bow provided some helpful advice and some extra e-clips. Lastly, I felt that what I was charged was far more than reasonable for the work provided. I will be making that trip again.

drove 3 hours to get my crank repaired on my nitro 505, at first they told me it would take a week. but after some talking they said they would get it done today for me since I drove 3 hours. I believe the names of the guys were Ted and Pat. they were great. I went to grab a bite to eat expecting to get a call in 5 or so hours.. They called less than 2 hours later to inform me it was done. after arriving back at the shop they said there was no charge.and they even changed the cables and strings. I can't say enough about how they went above and beyond to keep me happy. to the lady behind the counter working on the bows thank you and I'm sorry again. all of the staff are professional and knowledgeable.

I’m on my 3rd 10 point crossbow from them and have always had good luck if something happens it’s fixed in a timely manner and I’m on my way well my bow string started fraying and my accuracy started being effected so I ran into the shop today to get new strings and cables put on it the guy behind the counter said I’d have to leave it and it would take a week most likely to get it fixed. I told him that they had done my bows in the past in about 20 minutes and it was a pretty minor job and he didn’t wanna hear it so I’m on my way to go buy a ravens what a disappointment.

Went in to buy a new compound bow. Pat took the time to let me test multiple bows and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new bow or a place to shoot.

I brought my 19 yr.old Ten Point Stealth in this morning for repair. The trigger housing area became loose inside. They called m 2 hrs later had screws lock tighted and secure. Awesome quick service , free of charge.I highly recommend them. Al Moser

Fantastic place! Staff was super attentive, friendly, and helpful! The young lady behind the counter (didn’t catch her name) stopped working on a bow just to acknowledge my 5 yr old son who was with me and went above and beyond to make him feel special. This is my local shop and I couldn’t imagine taking my business anywhere else!
