Am a new patient to the office and feel really good so far! Very accommodating from getting in quickly, check in process, and the doctor was very thorough! Only problem is that I'm getting old and my hearing is not that of someone much younger than me!

The receptionist are very friendly and professional. They make you feel welcome and at ease . Dr. Kaylee Patton was very informative and thorough in my hearing exam. Attentive , concerned, and friendly offering solutions that I had not known were available. Hi highly recommend them for you hearing needs.

Easy to find in a small medical services building. Plenty of parking. A small office, neat, clean and modern. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Audiologist was polite, cordial and businesslike. She moved efficiently thru the tests. When we finished, she was very clear in what I should expect.

Have responded to all of my need, was able to get my hearing devices dialed in to my needs. Also worked on my tinnitus. I recommend them highly

My experience with 'Family Hearing and Balance Center' has been pleasant and comforting. Dr. Patton is very professional. She was thorough in my initial audiological evaluation and explained her findings every step of the way. My preconceived anxieties were put to rest by her knowledge and reassuring manner. When I picked up my hearing aids, Dr. Patton guided me through the entire fitting process. She also let me know that any issues that might arise would be quickly handled to my satisfaction. Additionally, the receptionist was always friendly when greeting clients, and very conscientious with scheduling appointments. I would definitely recommend Dr. Patton at 'Family Hearing and Balance Center' to anyone seeking expert hearing services.

As someone who has worn hearing aids for OVER 50 years, I would NEVER recommend Family Hearing & Balance Center to anyone for their hearing health (testing or aids). This was the worst experience I've ever had in ordering new hearing aids. After 1-1/2 months, I had to travel to their office to find out my hearing aids had never been ordered. They had my $500 deposit for 45 days & had no idea my order wasn't fulfilled. Had I not brought this to their attention, I doubt they would have ever realized their mistake. They were unwilling to credit me back the $68 for the hearing test as a goodwill gesture ~ Apparently they are more about $$$ MONEY than customer service & satisfaction. AGAIN: I would NEVER recommend people use this business for hearing tests/aids. I ended up finding another audiologist in the area who had my new aids to me within 2 weeks - at a cost that was BELOW what Family Hearing was going to charge me for them!

It was a pleasure to meet Richard Reskowski and his staff. This was my first visit to their office. He taught me many features that I already had on my Oticon that was not explained to me from by the previous Audiologist company. I am so grateful . I highly recommend Family Hearing and Balance Center.

I recently had my husband Gary's hearing loss addressed at Family Hearing and Balance Center. We found the office staff to be very friendly, helpful and professional in meeting our scheduling needs. Dr. Reikowski was very thorough with testing, and his explanation of how he would be able to improve Gary's hearing with the use of hearing aides. Although, we are very early in this process, we are pleased with the time and effort that Dr. Reikowski has provided during this period of adjustment. We would highly recommend this practice based upon the experience we have had.

I am really happy with this place. Kayla worked on getting me a new hearing aid and now I am enjoying hearing sounds again!!
