My faith has been restored in dining out. Visited on Monday and the food was delicious!!! After months of eating places, never being satisfied, and wasting my money. I am very happy that I took my family to Texas Roadhouse. Service was excellent. Food was hot! The drinks were so good! The money spent there was well worth it! Keep up the great work!!! I'm expecting it to be just as great on my next visit!

My friend brought me Texas Roadhouse TO GO, took couple bites of the steak not really noticing how raw it was. Once I noticed my friend called the company but they where close and nothing they could do. We asked for medium rare. But this is straight raw. The steak alone was freezing. We both got sick. Our fry’s were cold also packaged with the steak. So the meat juices where all over them. The only good thing we ate was the rolls. They offered a email certificate. But I believe we should be getting a refund. Paid 70 dollars just to eat raw steaks and get sick. This could seriously get someone sick.

The first few times I ordered steak from here, it was always overcooked. I always got the steak and it took about 4 times until they got it right, but ever since the steak they have been giving me was just as good as they can. Their rolls and butter are just amazing and one time I had to wait to get my food for around an hour, but I wasn't too mad because I am pretty patient. But I received a full refund. Thank you Texas Roadhouse!!!!

This Restaurant really made us feel welcome and the food was delicious too! Had wanted to try Texas Roadhouse for a while, but always found it overflowing with people and now we know why! Thank you to Manager AJ and Server Joe, they both earned a 5+ star in customer relations, just an amazing experience overall!

First time, and won't be our last. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing. Emily our server, made our experience so good. She was hilarious, and never kept us waiting or looking for her. Thanks for a great experience! You made us Canadians very happy!

My wife and I attended this fine establishment for my wifes birthday, the service was excellent, the brews on tap and bottle are definitely tasty, i had the hurricane drink with patron and must say it disappointed, it was not very flavorful, compared the the actual new orleans drink, tons of alcohol in the drink tho..... we ordered steak and shrimp with house salad and vegetables, steak was awesome shrimp was very tasty , vegetables were good and the salad was super fresh!. We also ordered country fried chicken and mashed potatoes, 😋 both were delicious some of the best ive had the white gravy was not to peppery it was good. The fried blooming onion was excellent, the rattlesnake bites (cheese and jalapeño deep fried) were garbage way to salty and mushy as well as very greasy, the complimentary bread and cinnamon butter was delish , customer service was excellent.

Our waitress was spot on and absolutely amazing. She was able to manage everyone's order and was on top of refills and making sure everyone is taken care of. It was so good that we made sure to come back a couple of days later when we were looking for a place to eat. The food was also spot on. So, kudos to the chef as well.

Our waitress was fantastic. I don't know her and noone in our family had ever met her before. Her manager visited our table before we left ...and she gave me this card that I could use to acknowledge our waitress, "Marisa". "Marisa" (whom I do not know) .... deserves credit. She worked very hard to serve our (large) table ....and everyone in our party appreciated her attention. Marisa took orders ...and everyone was happy. She got the order right ...and she revisited our table several times to make sure our drinks were full ...and everyone was okay. "Marisa" was a FANTASTIC waitress ....and those are very rare these days. Thank you, "Marisa". We were guests @ Fort Gratiot Texas Roadhouse on 10/3/2022 @ (or after) 1:30 PM.

I ordered the 23oz T-bone, rare as they can make it with sautéed mushrooms and onions on top. The meat was perfect, and the flavor made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up and gave me chills because it was so delicious. Hands down, by far, the absolute best steak I've ever had. 10/10 would order it again. Too bad Google only allows 5 stars...

We had a wonderful experience. Our server, Haley, was very attentive. Drinks promptly, meals were great. A manager was walking around, stopping by the tables, checking in with everyone. Greeting staff said goodbye as we were leaving. This was our 3rd time here, and won't be our last! Highly recommend.

This was the first time we have been out in a restaurant since Covid. So glad we went as our server Amy was at table 331 was the sweetest girl. She was very attentive to us and Personable. The food was excellent, just as we remembered. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you for making this a great experience.

Service was exemplary! Felicia our server earned all 5 stars. Refills without having to ask and a delightful demeanor. Food top notch as always. Ordered fried pickles as an appetizer, 11oz smothered sirloin with house salad and loaded baked potato, son ordered bbq pulled pork sandwich with rice. Took home a chicken critter dinner with only water to drink, total cost was $56 Amazing value in my opinion as we left stuffed.

Awesome food, nice staff, fun atmosphere. We always have a nice time. If you go between lunch and dinner time, there's no waiting time.

My husband and I make the trip from London Ont at least once a month if not every couple of weeks to come to Texas roadhouse.Every time we come it's great we are never disappointed! Last night we had sean as our server and he was beyond exceptional, his demeanor and service was excellent he really made a great experience for us! See you again soon :)

Absolutely blown away. By far the best service I've had. Very attentive servers. Manager was amazing and personally greeted us at our table. First timers so we were offered free samples of a few side dishes. Our food was hot and delicious. We will 100% return on our next day trip to Port Huron. We all agree that the chili was the best we've had anywhere.

The food was wonderful....I had the ribeye steak and shrimp combo with baked potato and a salad. The steak was delicious and perfectly cooked. The only disappointment was the mushrooms.. very overcooked. Our server was fantastic. We hope she gets all the accolades.

The price of a Ribeye is very close to what it cost at Kroger, not cooked. The toppings are amazing, the broccoli 🥦 and 🥔 are delicious, and the ribeye was amazing after a hard day's work!

Super busy for a Wednesday night but this Texas Roadhouse ran like a well oiled machine! From the minute we walked into the door to the time we left everything was spot on. Our server Ashley was very sweet and efficient and anticipated our every need. The salads arrived quickly and were fresh and cold. And of course the rolls are always incredible! Food was well prepared and perfect. Management stopped by and greeted us and we gave the thumbs up! Definitely will visit again next time we are in the area! 10/10!

We did a fundraiser with Texas Roadhouse today (not our first time working with them). They ate incredible!! We can't thank them enough for helping support our small community. We did a dine in event and trunk or treat. It's such a great turnout for both.

I would give it 5 stars but the last two times we have ordered curbside to go the steaks were not cooked to my man's specified preference. We got 5 amazing rolls but only half a little thing of the butter for them. Everything still tastes great but didn't quite hit the bullseye!

Party of seven. We came in around 8pm and were seated promptly. The food was delicious as usual and my steak was cooked to perfection. The best part of it all was our server, Dani. She is very knowledgeable and friendly, going the extra mile to make sure we were content and that everything was moving smoothly. She had great recommendations and a positive attitude that really livened up the restaurant. You really have a special lady here Texas Roadhouse!
