So,
where
do
I
begin.
I
recently
stayed
at
Lusky’s
for
our
last
end
of
the
year
hoo-rah.
Our
friend
booked
a
bunch
of
cottages
at
this
location
and
I
didn’t
know
what
to
expect
until
we
arrived.
Pros:
-
friendly
service
!!!!
Love
it!
-
well
kept
grounds
-right
on
the
beach
-great
for
families
with
children
(lots
of
stuff
for
them
to
do).
Cons:
-
Limited
parking
-
spots
were
full,
our
one
person
had
to
park
somewhere
else.
-
door
on
our
cottage
wouldn’t
lock
and
the
staff
knew
about
it
and
wouldnt
fix
it.
They
said,
“just
lift
it
up.”
You
had
to
lift
the
door
with
force
to
get
the
lock
to
engage.
If
you
know
it’s
a
hassle
for
your
customer,
fix
it!
-
cottage
had
AC
but
not
in
the
bedroom
where
it
was
needed
more.
-
bathroom
was
beyond
subpar.
Shower
was
a
box,
with
running
water.
Felt
like
we
were
going
to
fall
through
floor
(I’m
160lbs).
-
walls
were
painted
cinder
blocks
with
terrible
vanity.
Listen,
I
know
it’s
not
a
motel,
and
this
is
a
family
cottage
but
invest
some
money,
and
bring
it
up
to
date.
-the
kids
were
too
loud
for
our
preference
since
we
do
not
have
children
(this
did
not
affect
the
rating).
-
the
decorations
were
poorly
done.
The
wall
paper
is
falling
off,
the
repair
work
was
poorly
executed
(could
see
dry
wall
fixes.
Seams
and
such.
Not
sanded
and
just
painted
over.
They
recently
changed
light
fixtures
throughout
and
there
were
dirty
finger
prints
all
over
around
it
on
the
ceiling.
Come
on,
clean
it
off.
-out
door
lights
were
randomly
burnt
out.
There
was
a
dollar
general
down
the
street,
I
almost
went
and
got
lightbulbs
and
replaced
them
myself.
Overall
I
gave
the
cottage
and
establishment
a
3
star.
I
will
never
stay
here
again
unfortunately.
It
just
was
not
for
us.
If
you’re
into
“roughing”
it,
go
for
it.
