Stay all the way clear of this place! Where to even begin… dried roach IN the coffee pot, random pants between bed and chair, ceiling pieces in the bathtub, did I mention ROACHES, reserved for 5 people in a double room needed an extra pillow and they would NOT give us one more, dried mystery liquid under the bed, NO SWEEPING done! I could keep going. If you don’t want to bring home roaches and bed bugs pay extra for a better place! Will NEVER give this place a dime of my money ever again! You can forget about a refund!

Hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It's old an run down. It is clean but I swear that bed I slept on was from 1982. Ac barely worked and the pool was green. I would not stay here again as it was way overpriced for the quality of room you get

Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Booked a room for 3 nights to work out of town and the 1st room they put me in was dirty and the Wi-Fi didn't work back there and there was no cell phone service. Asked the worker up front to change rooms and he put me in another room by the pool but this room was even dirtier and infested with bugs. I then asked the worker for a refund and he agreed but when he asked his manager the manager said they could not refund my money. So instead of staying at this dirty bug infested hotel with poor customer service, I would rather drive back-and-forth 2 hours to work every day. If you want your house infested with bugs then this is the perfect hotel for you to stay at.

Jacob the manager is horrible, explained my situation about our A/C not cooling the room down and his response was “I can’t give you a refund you stayed in the room for 4 hrs” … he assumed I was there the whole time. When In reality we checked in at 7:30pm and left to fish & returned to the hotel around 11:20-11:30pm . We even called the office for a fan , they said no fan. My boyfriend then went down to ask for another room and asked AGAIN if there was a fan we could borrow .. still the answer is “no” nothing they can do ..so we pack up and check out! And magically the front desk found a fan out of thin air and by that time we were out of the room. Jacob then proceeds to tell me “I’m not giving you a refund because you stayed in the room for 4hrs” ..don’t stay here! If I could give 0 stars I would because they don’t deserve the 1 🙄 You’ll get poor service! Spend a little more money and go to a hotel down the road 👍🏼

Stayed a week. Quiet. Room in the back. Which I liked. Clean rooms. Comfy beds Comfy couch. Cool rooms when you arrive. Didn’t have to turn the ac on and wait for it to catch up. Friendly front desk and maids. Close walk to lighthouse beach.

Jacob was absolutely Stellar 👍🏾 although, it may not be a 5 star hotel, the professionalism, awesome personality, attitude and kindness deserves 5 stars. I called Jacob several times before our arrival and each time he was great displayed no signs of irritation towards me. " Jacob you're Simply The Best" Please keep him, hotel management is his calling. Oh yeah! our room was very decent, quiet and the custodial staff was kind too. I didn't like the rooms because they have door between the rooms and I can hear the other people talk. Maybe is good for large family to supervise the children in the other room. Other than that it's a clean place and friendly stuff. Hot water was only warm not hot enough

The staff was great the sheets were well made the bed just as tidey the bathroom was well cleaned and stocked and the coffee maker spotless

I would never been in a hotel like this one is worst then a roach motel I had to clean my self so it would be looking decent I rather sleep in a public shelter then here

Clean, convenient location, affordable, and has a pool. It's not perfect as some fixtures need to be replaced or repainted and it needs more plug outlets. However, it's overall a great value.

The place is t super fancy but it was clean and quiet. The price was good. They allow pets and I would have brought my little dog if I had known. It is a $20 fee. Check in is easy and the office personnel are very nice.

Pool is now fixed and open as of June 2022. Good breakfast and right next door is Lighthouse Cafe if you want more variety. AC was nice and cold. Beds were comfortable and rooms well maintained.

If you want a clean, cool, comfortable room to sleep in, then this is the place. It's budget and pet friendly. But that's about it. I stayed there July 4 weekend and I must say I was disappointed that the pool was not in working order! The website showed pictures of a bar and pool table in the lobby which I thought was nice but when I got there they no longer haveit open either. The only bugs I saw were in the bathroom light fixtures other than that, the room was clean, cool, and beds were comfortable. Check in was quick and easy and staff was friendly!

We were displaced yesterday due to hurricane with our kids. Not our first choice but we needed a place. We had no water or electricity at home. However we didnt need the second day after our utilities were restored. They refused a partial refund. We were charged $ 172.00 for 8 hours there. It was dingy, filthy, remnants from the previous occupants. DO NOT STAY HERE. EVEN DURING A HURRICANE. THEY WILL FIND A WAY TO SCREW YOU. JUST BAD BUSINESS.

Horrible! No matter what, DO NOT STAY HERE! The room was dirty, bugs crawling around including on the bed, some of the lights weren't working or needed new bulbs. The TV didn't work, things were rusty , dirty and old. Walls and ceilings were cracked and moldy and we were placed across some trashy tractor trailer thing that was creepy. The whole stay was horrid. I had booked 2 nights but only stayed a few hours in hopes I could get some sleep but nope. Totally disgusting.

This place should be closed down. It is a health hazard and unsafe. There is mold in the bathroom. The parking lots are dark and two men were doing some type of drug by the dumpster. The bedroom has worn out mattresses and sketchy worn out towels. I could on and on but don't think anything will come of it. Sleep in your truck, it's the safest and definitely more hygienic.

Great location I mean the piers close the boat went launches close that's just a great place I mean you got Walmart down the street we got a bait store down the street so I'll convenient not so bad and pricing either it's a fair little slow on room service for clothes and towels and but that's great

Great 3 night stay clean comfortable i ask if I could change my oil in the back parking lot and the young man at the front desk said sure. Nice big rooms king single had love seat pull out bed and cleaning person was just lovely
