Jacob
the
manager
is
horrible,
explained
my
situation
about
our
A/C
not
cooling
the
room
down
and
his
response
was
“I
can’t
give
you
a
refund
you
stayed
in
the
room
for
4
hrs”
…
he
assumed
I
was
there
the
whole
time.
When
In
reality
we
checked
in
at
7:30pm
and
left
to
fish
&
returned
to
the
hotel
around
11:20-11:30pm
.
We
even
called
the
office
for
a
fan
,
they
said
no
fan.
My
boyfriend
then
went
down
to
ask
for
another
room
and
asked
AGAIN
if
there
was
a
fan
we
could
borrow
..
still
the
answer
is
“no”
nothing
they
can
do
..so
we
pack
up
and
check
out!
And
magically
the
front
desk
found
a
fan
out
of
thin
air
and
by
that
time
we
were
out
of
the
room.
Jacob
then
proceeds
to
tell
me
“I’m
not
giving
you
a
refund
because
you
stayed
in
the
room
for
4hrs”
..don’t
stay
here!
If
I
could
give
0
stars
I
would
because
they
don’t
deserve
the
1
🙄
You’ll
get
poor
service!
Spend
a
little
more
money
and
go
to
a
hotel
down
the
road
👍🏼
