For
anyone
who
suffers
from
high
levels
of
stress
and
anxiety
when
attending
the
dentist,
I
strongly
recommend
organising
a
visit
to
SmilesHQ
and
in
particular
Dr
Calvin.
For
the
past
8
years
I
have
put
off
going
to
the
dentist
because
of
the
stress
it
gives
me,
and
as
a
result
have
put
up
with
constant
pain
and
discomfort
from
a
fractured
tooth,
another
that
required
a
crown
and
some
other
crowding
issues.
Recently
when
the
pain
got
to
an
unbearable
stage,
I
finally
decided
to
get
it
fixed.
I
contacted
and
arranged
a
consult
with
Smiles
HQ
who
was
recommended
to
me
by
a
friend,
and
I
am
so
thankful
that
I
did.
From
the
outset
Dr
Calvin
and
her
team
were
fantastic
to
deal
with
and
very
understanding
of
my
situation
and
dental
phobia.
We
discussed

and
developed
a
tailored
treatment
plan
that
suited
my
budget
involving
low
level
sedation
with
strategies
to
get
me
through
each
visit,
which
included
noise
cancelling
headphones
and
a
favourite
tv
show
to
watch
to
provide
some
distraction.
During
each
visit
Dr
Calvin
did
such
a
great
job
at
explaining
each
step
of
the
process
and
regularly
taking
breaks
and
checking
in
with
me
to
make
sure
I
was
doing
ok
and
not
experiencing
any
pain
or
discomfort.
This
really
helped
me
and
to
my
surprise
I
have
able
to
get
my
dental
issues
sorted
at
a
reasonable
cost
with
no
pain
or
freak
outs.
So
for
anyone
putting
off
seeing
the
dentist,

was
