😠 Fill covid Vaccination form at 8:08am and waited outside till 11am to be called in to be assist, but went inside and sit there for another 40 minutes.
I don't know who's fault but need to improve this area. Otherwise Marie stopes has been helpful to many Papua new Guineans.

😠 Terrible service.
I made an appointment on Monday to see Dr Agebigo and was told 4pm Thursday.
I arrived at 3.30pm and was told to take a seat that Dr was not in yet and would be advised.
At 4pm checked again at reception and told to wait.
Checked again at 4.30 pm and was asked to pay.

👍👍 Reception is slow to locate patient cards, there should be a far more efficient method to do so.
The 5 stars is for having the Best maternity staff and service, grateful to their awesome team of midwives, female docs and nurses ❤❤❤.

😐 Improvement to the hospital's interior was made some months ago and the place is now looking and feeling a little better than it had been in the past.
It needs further government support for maintenance and medical supplies.
Perhaps the service would need alot of upgrading in the area of emergency...
