I
give
my
honest
review
of
places
I
visit.
Here
is
my
review
of
my
stay
at
Grand
Papua;
I
am
still
quite
upset
with
my
experience,
and
with
my
review,
I
hope
something
will
be
done
about
the
service
and
general
upkeep
of
the
hotel.
1.
When
we
went
to
do
our
booking
the
lady
at
the
front
desk
was
not
professional.
She
directed
us
to
wait
for
2
minutes
in
the
bar
where
she
would
come
attend
to
us
but
didn't,
and
we
waited
for
30
minutes.
When
we
walked
back
to
the
reception
area,
we
found
out
that
she
had
just
clocked
off
work!
Thankfully,
the
gentleman
who
had
just
signed
on
was
professional
and
assisted
us.
2.
The
Executive
Room
we
paid
for
had
stained
bed
linens,
carpet,
and
torn
pillow
cases
and
missing
the
throw
pillows.
3.
The
air
conditioning
didn't
cool
the
room
entirely
and
kept
going
off
at
night,
thus
disturbing
our
sleep.
It
was
clogged
with
dust.
And
just
out
dated.
4.
Bathroom
amenities
were
very
limited
for
the
price
of
the
room
and
stay
in
general
5.
The
seal
at
the
bottom
of
the
room
door
was
broken
so
we
could
hear
all
noises
from
people
out
on
the
corridor.
6.
Breakfast
had
an
exquisite
view
from
the
15th
floor
and
lovely
service
and
but
food
lacked
variety
and
true
value
for
money
7.
Grand
Cafe
milkshakes
were
JUST
MILK
out
of
a
carton.
And
the
coffee
was
just
as
bad
despite
having
the
best
coffee
machine
on
hand
8.The
checkoutt
process
was
a
tad
bit
too
lengthy
waiting
for
housekeeping
to
check
the
room,
and
there
was
a
queue.
The
highs
of
our
stay
would
be
the
1.
View
from
our
room
2.
The
2
good
gentlemen
assisted
us
with
our
booking
and
check-in.
Both
were
efficient,
professional,
and
very
friendly
3.
The
2
lovely
ladies
who
served
breakfast
on
the
15th
floor.
As
the
2
gentlemen,
they
were
both
efficient,
professional,
and
very
helpful.
But
for
2
nights
in
the
"EXECUTIVE
ROOM,"
It
was
definitely
not
worth
the
money.
