Great hospitality by the hotel staff. Excellent food. Was pleased to see different light settings in the room and bathroom to set whatever mood you're in. I would recommend Hilton to visitors if they're willing to spend a bit more, it is definitely worth checking it out.

I've been to Hilton several times, the bar and conference area only so am rating just these two facilities. Don't really know how I feel about the bar/dining setup. For me it doesn't have that grandeur vibe I'm looking for in a 5 star hotel. So 3 stars from me 😊🌟🌟🌟

An unique hotel design with modernised setting. My first impression with the staff was spot on therefore I give them an excellent 9 (rating from 1-10).

All the different type of rooms are fully modern & kitted, very comfortable, and affordable. Clean pool setup with welcoming staff all around, including the guards (which was pleasant). Nice restaurant, although could do wonders if the seafood menu is expended a bit - for us mad seafood lovers. Overall highly recommended - 4/5.

I was highly impressed by the convenience offered at the Hilton Port Moresby. During my business trip, my stay there proved to be delightful. The hotel's management and receptionist team were notably friendly and accommodating throughout my time. The cleanliness of my room and the well-maintained building facilities added to the positive experience. I intend to choose this establishment for my future stays as well.

Although hotel is good their service needs to improve. I spent more than one hour to receive the breakfast after ordering online. I had to follow up with room service to get the things done. Even my breakfast is included to the booking, they have charged for it additionally. Also spent an hour to pick up at the airport PNG air charter terminal.

Conveniently located. Nice rooms. Liked that the hotel is into sustainability. However, the room service quality has dropped since 2020. Staff don't answer phone calls sometimes. When they do, they aren't very helpful.

Enjoyed the dining experience multiple times at the Feast restaurant upstairs. The rooms are also well furnished with more than enough shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion by Crabtree. Live entertainment was also swell during the month of November, and having to use their conference rooms is exquisite since I had the chance to attend for business and also university roadshow when they had Australian Universities to showcase what’s on offer. They could improve to serve almonds at the bar instead of just peanuts since they didn’t have any when I asked. Security is also better than other hotels.

A really nice, international standard 5 star hotel. Port Moresby is not a destination to go bargain hunting, it’s a place where a comfortable a secure place to stay with a variety of things to do and eat after dark are essential. The Hilton delivered good quality across accommodation, facilities, dining, a nice gym, and landscaped gardens. I don’t intend to come back to PNG, but if I did I’d stay here.

Always elegant, staff very friendly & helpful. Food is amazing & a wide selection too. Coffee super good. I haven’t stayed there so don’t know what the rooms are like, but the restaurants are good

First of all the place is wonderful but from my experience the customer service is poor.. my family and i had to wait 2 hours for our dinner, their escuse was because they were busy with other customers. People call it a 5 star hotel but that's not accurate, it's new and it's still getting there.

I have stayed for countless hotels and for a Hilton brand, it is not what I have expected. First, the airport pickup, when I step outside the airport, there were some other hotel personnel standing by but no one from Hilton. I look around push my trolley toward the departure gates and parking area and find the Hilton service car. I ask the security guards for its driver and suddenly the door opens, the driver was sitting pretty inside. When we arrive in the hotel a lady greeted me with a trolley. I bring down my luggages, the driver just sitting. Second, at the reception, the lady just hand me some paper to sign and turnover my keycard without any welcome remarks or introduction of the hotels, amenities, facilities, where is the restaurants, pool or gym, nothing. The Feast restaurant have very limited seats and tables. For breakfast have lots of options to choose but for lunch amd dinner not that much and very expensive. The Copper Cafe Bar at the ground floor have different pricing though they get their food at the Feast kitchen. And the staff are not very attentive to guest. The cappucino coffee is somewhere between cold and warm. The room design are new with its amenities. Television channels are good with sports, news and movies to choose but not that much. Somehow, what I dont like is that they use the TV portal for their room dining service menu. When you need to order something you will exit what you were warching and you will miss a lot. There is not even a notepad, a ballpen or even a pencil. Laundry list dont even have an option for a special request or garments to be folded or hang when returned. There are 3 elevator but only 2 are in operations but the programming of its control are very slow. The security is very good and most of them are very friendly. Overall I enjoy my stay. Would definitely comeback again.

This was actually one of my favorite breakfast buffet hotel. Now they offered an 11:30 lunch buffet daily from mon -fri(not sure for sat & sun now) The details info of this short videos taken around 11:53 am yet the buffet still not open. We are on our excitement to dine and experience the new buffet set-up from the new Chefs management. Apparently theywere all bc labelling the food menu...We decided to leave when no one wants to answers our query if its just only 2 protein option serve from the buffet.Neither they don't have an antipasti. A little disappointed.Otherwise they have a scenic view to enjoy.

I stayed here for two nights during a business trip to Port Moresby. The hotel was excellent! How it looked, felt, services, staff, everything was a 10 out of 10! Thanks for a great experience. I hope to be back again one day.

Like a hole in the wall, but with world class amenities. Just exactly what you need when you would like to have a relaxing stay while in transit connecting an international flight to your own country, or a domestic flight from Port Moresby to another province in Papua New Guinea. Room, pool, relaxing bar, restaurants, and the open-air relaxing areas. So many greens that you feel that you are very close to nature. And the food is great! Being in Papua New Guinea, you will know and feel that meats and veggies are fresh and organic, plus on the way they are cooked exactly to your preference (e.g., medium-well rib-eye steak for me... superb! Way much better than the New York Rib-eye steak that I had when I was in the U.S.). Dining ambience is also one of a kind world class experience!

I've only ever attended seminars and conferences at the facilities there, which, in my opinion, are world-class. Haven't had the opportunity to experience the rooms, dining, and services in that regard. Good Parking. Nice layout.

It was beyond my expectations but the late night meal price wasn't reasonable, K60 for only burger with no side chips or salad, that's the bad side. Otherwise the atmosphere was incredible, the staffs and everyone was perfect.

This is the best hotel in Port Moresby. The service quality you get is exactly what you expect of a 5 star hotel. Special mention to the staff in the executive lounge for their hospitality, especially Anthony, Numa and Kaisy! They were especially warm and attentive.

It’s 140kr ($70) for wifi you can stream with. This should be free (and is free with other hotels of this price). The pool is terrible and feels like an after thought just so they can tick the box of “swimming pool”. Try to stay at the Stanley hotel if you can with free wifi and an infinity pool with a bar and sunsets.

Can't complain at all. Hilton always pulls through with classy hotels with everything you can hope for while traveling.

Terrible security service Can they install a telephone system to communicate with the room,to make sure that you have a visitor the guards on duty today are stupid. Please hire skilled and respectful guards

Nice hotel, one of the best in Port Moresby. Modern decor throughout the hotel and well equipped rooms. Good breakfast spread. Nice staff. Location ok, but ideally need a car to get around Port Moresby, for distance and safety reasons.

This hotel is a 5 star hotel however it is more of a 2 star because of the following reasons. Service is very poor, waiting for ever on a shuttle, staff is friendly but not bright at all, getting orders wrong. Would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Air-conditioning issue in the hotel. First arrived in room, informed staff about Aircon not working. He told me it'll take 10 mins to turn on. Waited for 10 mins and still didn't work. Called reception again to tell them about issue - they send engineering team. At this point I did offer to change room as I have not used the room yet. They did not allow me to change rooms. After showering, engineering team arrived, informed me that there was a electrical issue and he has fixed it. When he left, the air con is still not working. Before going for dinner, I informed reception for the 3rd time about the air con. When I returned from dinner, it is still not fixed. Very disappointed with the quality of service and as a Hilton honour member, I'm extremely dissatisfied with what the hotel offer.

Very poor service at the restaurant. Staff are very ignorant and probably racist too. Servicing expatriate ahead of PNG citizens. Waited for an hour just for two pizzas which take 20-30 minutes to prepare while others who came after us were served ahead of us. Had to cancel the order as they were making all sort of excuses for the delay. Went to Lamana Hotel where we were served within 30 minutes for our pizza order. Not ever going there again. 👎

Modern kind of hotel. We stayed on the 12th floor and the view was just too good. The breakfast buffet is to die for. Music on Friday is really good and relaxing. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean whenever we indicated on the buttons. The light switches are impressive. Better than previous hotels we've been too. I have to mention the fish pond located just before you enter the hotel! They are my kids favourite.

The Asian menu/taste is bang average compared to Hilton standards elsewhere.. but good western menu/taste (though quantity is not enough). In a city with other very few similar options, one will be forced to return here time after time (sadly). No idea of how rooms etc were, only tried their restaurants.. oh yes, it is an expensive place by Asian standards.

Superb 5 Star Hotel, close to Port Moresby business’s and very comfortable, modern, upmarket Executive Rooms. Staff very friendly and professional - an absolutely delightful experience 👍😁.

Oasis in Port Moresby. As a Hilton honors member, I enjoyed the service and access at the Port Moresby location. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I felt like a VIP eventhough I am not! The breakfast and cocktail hour food was good and satisfying for my appetite. The gym was adequate in space and equipment. The pool was lovely but a bit challenging to access without walking through the main level. Excellent location for business with rooms to accommodate meetings.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Hotel in Port Moresby, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access all of the local attractions and amenities. One thing that impressed me about this hotel was the ample parking space available, which was convenient and stress-free. The hotel amenities were excellent, with a stunning pool area that was perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. The food at the Hilton Hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The complimentary breakfast was a particular highlight, offering a great selection of fresh and tasty dishes to start the day off right. The rooms at the Hilton were the best I have ever stayed in, with luxurious amenities and comfortable beds that made for a restful and relaxing stay. The hotel truly lived up to its 5-star rating, with impeccable service and attention to detail that made me feel like a VIP. Overall, my stay at the Hilton Hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Port Moresby.

I gave 5 stars, because out of all the hotels that I've been to, Hilton is second to none. 👋😊The lighting system of the hotel is very mesmerizing. 👋😊The gym is at level 15 and the view from the top is very amazing. 👋😊I will give 10/10 for the security performance there too. 👋😊I will give 8/10 for the Hotel staff, because maybe they have never seen anyone from their own country stay there and use the gym. The questions they ask is as if they are assuming that I do not belong there, like I might be a criminal or Thief. Anyway, before I brag on and on, I would recommend to anyone to just come and stay for a night. ✍ You won't regret it.

Visited for dinner. Expensive steak promised a lot. Sadly, it took a long time to arrive, was cold and very tough. I ordered medium rare and got well done. The waitress apologised that, contrary to the menu, they’d had to source steak locally that week and many guests had complained that it was tough. I was not impressed to find that they knew there was a problem but were ignoring it. They comped me a desert by way of apology but dinner was still 200kina. I would expect much better quality for the money.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Hilton. The staff is incredibly accommodating and the rooms are sizable. There is a free shuttle to the airport and to the mall, and the front desk can book you transportation to anywhere else you want to go.

A 5 star hotel with a top notch service provided. Am rating it 4, since they are so slow and even don't respond to queries over emails ever.

We went for pizza and fries for their Tuesday 2 for 1 pizza special. There was a long wait and when the food arrived the fries were only warm and the pizza felt like it had sat in their kitchen for too long before being served to us.

Great hotel in Port Moresby. Good food and great restaurant promotions. It's not cheap but the best service and quality you can get.

Everything was perfect, the staff was very polite, that was the chef Don this morning in the restaurant, very arrogant, very impolite, I asked him a favor to heat a dresser for my father who eats special food and he didn't even want to listen to me and he looked at me with superiority. He traveled all over the world and This is the first time this has happened to me at a Hilton. You can see my name in their chain of hotels, which I stay in all of them.
