Classic view of Jacksons Airpirt. A+ customer service. Secure parking. Pool side restaurant. Elegant food. The only downside, from my experience, I waited an hour before my food is brought out.

Great views but service was very slow even though we arrived at 11am before the lunch time rush. I loved the fresh juice! Sushi and sashimi where awesome however the club sandwich wasn't anything special. Very plain and dry. Coffee was weak. Otherwise very pleasant surroundings. Highlight was the free fairy floss the kids received!! That was wonderful!

Terrible service! Food ordered came after almost an hour and a half, drinks after 30mins. Got food orders wrong, brought mashed potato AFTER steak was finished (lol), and didn't bring a few drink orders (and mind you they weren't alcoholic beverages- we're talking bottled water and milkshakes here).

Had spring rolls for lunch which were nothing to go home about (although I was coming from Asia and had authentic food there so that might have given me higher standards). We also had pizza for dinner but it was not as good as some people say. I guess it is good for Locals without exposure to other great pizza options. The ambiance and service is the best part about Poolside

The pool side restaurant and staff at Airways never fails to impress.Was there for Breakfast, toast heaped with avokado, veggies and salmon with poached eggs and a fruit platter, you are done for the day . They are starting a brunch promotion through the month

Food was not good, ordered the.lab cutlets, they were abit dry and overcooked and service was abit slow. Location, decor etc were quite good

a good place for desserts, but not a good place for kids. the manager was unfriendly to locals on buffet meal with reservations but friendly to white people who ordered a liklik salad.

Great views with good food and decor. Unfortunately let down by poor and slow service. Both lunch and dinner have buffet and a la carte options. Menu is relatively extensive and has good wine selection. Access via the elevator or carpark at the top.
