As a member of the Lamana Hotel and a regular as well, Lamana is a comfortable place for me to let lose and relax and enjoy a couple beers and a chat with friends or a game of pool in the arena or snooker at the Q club upstairs or even discuss business during the week days. Both Yiannis and Jacquie (Executive Managing Staff) come and mingle with the members and regulars. The staff are friendly and helpful. The DJ's keep the party going mixing up the hits with classics from the legends to blast from the past, to the current music hitting the airwaves abroad as well as locally. The security is alert always making sure the members are kept safe, anyone who is out of order is always chucked out of the club instantly to ensure others enjoy their peace and freedom to enjoy themselves. The food is tasty and great. I have also stayed in the rooms which are comfortable and cozy. Great service from both management and staff, Great Food, Great rooms, Great Location. Truly the party capital of the Pacific. Keep being awesome Lamana, and keep improving. The skies the limit. Kudos!

It is a great place to stay, The gym is well equipped and staffed by a very good attendant 'Bala' Had some of the best vegan Indian food I've eaten at a restaurant outside of India. Rooms are tidy and ours was well maintained by a housekeeping lady called 'Luis'. Will be our base next trip in.

Where to start? The facilities are fantastic, the room I am in is beautiful and kept incredibly clean through daily servicing, the furniture is great, plush and of high quality, as are the appliances and the bathroom is lovely. The service from the Management team (Yiannis and Barbara) all the way down to housekeeping and cleaners and porters is superb. Please do not overlook this hotel for your first visit or next visit to Moresby because you will not be disappointed at all. The staff are really friendly, responsive, patient and accommodating of the most demanding of customers (such as my self). Expect to feel spoiled when you stay here. I wasn't expecting this level of customer service, but they excel at hospitality. Highly recommend you stay here.

The executive rooms are really good, if you can afford it, otherwise the standard rooms are just as good too for working class budget. The Gold Club is spectacular, wonderful friendly service, and great entertainment.!

Thank you Lamana Hotel for the wonderful food provided at the 2022 Paradise Company National Sales & Marketing Conference Gala Dinner held at APEC Haus, Port Moresby. The night was capped off with a phenomenal fireworks display that was enjoyed by our National Sales & Marketing teams.

Was warned not to go out without escort. Luh! Room was ok, was in a twin rm altho I was supposed to be in a std rm. Staff are nice.

A great hotel. The landscaping and layout has improved. I like the lemony scent of that place.

Modern facilities and awesome entertaiment centre. Club, pool tables, 10 pin bowling is great to take your family and friends. Top quality service. My fav is the Thursday night Indian buffet, 10 pin bowling and party area. Many young people are employed here and also engaged in providing DJ and live music, dance and art performances. Safe and secure carpark for guests and members.

Ala carte menu at Noodle Bar and the Italian were very reasonable. Spices buffet was disappointing. Limited selection and all the food was over spiced. Needs a more balanced spicy range. Of all 3 eating places I would not go back to Spices

Great place for Indian, Italian cuisine. The ten-pin bowling lanes is a great avenue for family to challenge each other in this sport and the staff are very welcoming and ensure to meet your requests with a smile 💯

Hotel is on the high end of the price range. Location wise it doesn't offer walking distance amenities. Meal selection is good but pricey. Quiet noisy because of the club and pokies. More of a party hotel than a vacation or business hotel.

Very good service and staff are considerate and fast in serving customers. Had a pleasant experience with the family. Food was excellent as well. Atmosphere was nice.

I was at Lamana attending a meeting. The multimedia was provided for by the hotel. It worked just fine. Food was great, especially lunch. The coffee provided for morning and afternoon tea was nice, as well as the biscuits and cakes.

Love the place, but the service is a tad bit slow. Would appreciate it if the food came out quicker, especially if it's pizza.

Lamana is both a hotel and a club from my experience. Very good location, friendly staff and a good place to go to if you are trying to blow off some steam. The club has recently expanded to cater for a larger audience. I have not booked a room there yet but heard from a few friends not to have very high expectations on that side of things. Overall it's known as the party capital so go along and experience for yourself what it's like at Lamana.

I don’t know why but this place has hands-down the best carbonara pasta as well as chicken Alfredo linguine that I’ve had anywhere in the world, and I’ve been to 32 countries I guess that says a lot.

Executive rooms was very comfortable and spacious, I loved the bathroom, the different shower options and the layout. Had a very modern touch to the whole room! The complimentary breakfast and bowling game was a steal! Will definitely come back, thanks Lamana team!

I have stayed at lamana many times in the past. I stayed this time for a week and I found it very noisy and lots of drucks around. The service was slow and made mistakes. The check in was messy and the booking online needs more attention as the staff does not follow it. The check out was also messy with tabs booked to my account with out any proper authorisation. On checking in I asked for a discount but no one listened to my request.
