We thoroughly enjoyed our night's stay. The room was clean and fresh, AC was great, Variety of TV channels. A group of friendly staff served and assisted us right from check in, to our room move request, up till our check out! Service is always great here 😊. Great Job HI Pom.

This is Holiday Inn group, so the quality is secured in few years ago. I stayed again in 2022. While staff quality is still good, facility maintenance became poor this time. Lifts are often broken down and had to use only one lift which takes time to wait. Sometimes, both were broken and I had to use staff lift or had to climb up stairs up to 6th floor. It's good exercise for me but maybe difficult for who is old or feeling sick. Card key system was broken for whole day, and all the guest had to access and open the door with master key, which is only one card in the hotel. So had to wait so long to enter room. There are two washing machine and 3 dryers, but some of them, sometimes all of them, were not in function. Facilities started to be broken in few years after construction and need to be maintained fully. Currently, they stopped breakfast buffet at first floor and guests can eat full breakfast buffet of holiday inn sweets. It was a good change now.

The streets lights in the carpark is too deep for me should brighten that place up a lil bit

The staff ate very accommodating and food are excellent.

Be prepared for to wait for awhile for lunch, theyay also run out or not have certain items on the menu

Thought the Express would have been nicer. A bot dated. Service was excellent especially Nathan at the front desk. Breakfast was reasonable. Usual fare cereal, juices, pastries and hot food like bacon sausages scrambled eggs toast etc

All staff have been super helpful and friendly enough , room is comfortable and the bed is very nice , breakfast and lunch both great.

It was just ok, a little more attention to detail might be nice, like ice in your glass with a cold drink. Otherwise friendly staff

Perfect stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Our cases did not arrive from Brisbane, and Zarah. and staff made a wonderful effort to get them over before we left for Ukarumpa.

The rooms are not clean, specially the carpets are quite dirty and cockroaches roaming around everywhere. The food is overpriced for what you get. The services are not up to the standard. Would not book this hotel for personal trip/holiday in PNG.
