Shower didn’t work, bath tub didn’t work, water kettle was super dirty, overcharged my card (most probably on purpose) and later asked to me utilise the overcharged amount at their restaurant, moreover, they enter the room anytime without knocking or asking with the hotel key! I’ve travelled to 60+ countries and stayed in 1000+ hotels and the customer service here is the most pathetic of all. The shower did not the work for our entire 5 day stay. We literally complained more than 10 times about the same and even stayed at the reception for long durations asking to get it fixed, nothing happened. Called the reception to send water several times, no one cared. Waste of money, even though this might be the cheapest option available online, I would rather recommend you to spend some extra bucks and stay at a better place. I’m very versatile and can adjust anywhere but I literally hated the customer service here. Couldn’t take a shower in my own room for 5 days!

Nice affordable place to stay for contacting flights that leave the next day. Excellent help staff, airport pick up too!

Staff are friendly and welcoming, staff personal grooming is good Quality and quantity of food served need to be improved to international standards. Rooms are small and squashed up.

Generally, everything is okay, just the pick and drop off service was not evident during the time of my stay. Thanks one & all.

The rooms are not quality, don't know about other rooms, but the one I was in wasn't, no TV controller, TV was cracked on the screen, lights in the room was not good, people can look into the shower room door as there was a space enough to do so. I think it needs renovation and upgrade only. However the pool looks good, the food is ok. The car park is good.

Hide away in Hotel Hideaway~ is living up to it's name. Lol😂 It's a great place to stay. Customer service is okay. The food is satisfactory.The fish pond needs upgrade though. And people need to smile alot. 😊

- as I write this review, I am still waiting for my order made at 8pm and the time is exactly 9.20pm. **** - no reception when I arrived (the security guard was there though) - the reception eventually arrived and gave me a remote control which happened to be for a playbox that was non-existent in the room. - the plastic bag for the bin in the loo looked unclean. - the lighting could be better - the door to the loo is a struggle to close and open and you cannot shut the shower slide too - Water is K6 - aircorn in the in the room needs cleaning and seems powerless in the whole hotel. - the restrraunt probably has no aircorn In summary, avoid this place. It's 930 pm and my order is lost.

Was a wonderful experience being here for one night due to missing my flight to Vanimo. Staffs are friendly with smiling faces. Only recommendation is the upgrading of the frame beds in the rooms.

Hideaway here from hassles of POM. Lots of greenery and quiet. Free airport pickup and attentive staff. Tiny pool but clean and quiet. Few niggles with room - no remote for TV, shower came off the wall. But for the price, reasonable safe hotel.

My stay for 3xdays was very enjoyable, except customer service in the restaurant needs improvement

Owner/manager was great but I think staff still needs training in hospitality.. pizzas were very tasty, rooms good price vs quality

Had a great stay for a week at Hideaway Hotel. However, there are few things I recommend for improvement: 1. Check in time took so long, almost 1/1/2 hours, 2. Airport Transfer was prolonged and we missed our flights, 3. Rooms were poorly maintained with basic necessities, 4. Poor lighting in rooms for reading,5. Meals served do not contain enough veggies(unbalanced meal), 6. Rooms need basic maintenance like shower, fridge, noisy air conditioning needs replacement with automatic ones and general customer service needs more improvement. Hope these few helps for the improvement of this great place. Thanks so much for the service. Regards.

i’m currently here for quarantine. day 3! i didn’t go for the quarantine package. but i’m still getting a complimentary breakfast...everyday! the restaurant provides great meals..when i do want to order something. i’d prefer hideaway during quarantine than to be stuck in a hotel with only a view...here i get to open my door and take in the beautiful scenery and feel the warmth of the day!! 10/10 recommend...however, not for those with high expectations! the staff have been friendly from day 1! security does his daily walks to check on the quarantined and the covid team comes by to check temperature..if i needed a place to stay with a great price, i’d definitely come back here!!

Worst Hotel I have stayed in my life not for the facilities but for the staff behaviour, shower in our didn’t work for 5 full days complained over 10 times at the reception no one cared about it, Staff enter the room without knocking anytime , water not provided after the first day.

Rooms need to be up graded , You will always to call the front desk for Iron because only 1 iron..

I was there recently and I must say I was disappointed. The bed smelt horrible, shower tap was loosely fitted, I couldn't even close the bathroom door. It's a nice quiet place but needs a major face-lift.

I had a lovely stay at the Hideaway Hotel nothing to complain about ... the Twin room was a little small for the two but it was OK .... Hotel staff were all kind and respectful ... the restaurant was nice food excellent but a little expensive.
